Chapters

Reorganizations are part of corporations. They're part of corporate history. It always happens every few years for lots of reasons. Okay, so what I want you to do is instead of saying, but my buddies are over there, and I'm not part of that group, here's a chance for you to learn a whole new set of people and a whole new set of skills and go have a beer with different people and learn their lives. What a great opportunity for you to expand your mind, because you were no longer expanding over there. You knew that group. Now you have to start over and. And learn all new people and all new idiosyncrasies, and you all get to do this. What a magical moment this company has given you.
