How Delphi.ai Creates Your Perfect Digital Twin in 20 Minutes

What if you could clone yourself and scale your business and connect with your audience 247 in the way that you would? So today I'm going to walk you through how that can be done so you can build a fully AI powered clone. Now, this is using a tool that I've used for almost two years now and I love it. It's called Delphi AI. So by the end of this video, you're going to see a brand new AI clone that, that is going to be live and usable, ready for the world to interact with. So what is an AI clone? It's basically a digital version of you or someone like Gary in this case, that's designed to interact with people just like he would. So it's able to answer questions, offer advice, kind of like he would do, and provides insights between his expertise, the communication style, what he's interested in, and so much more. So today when I build out Gary's clone, what you're gonna see is perfect for business owners. Could be yourself, coaches, consultants, and basically anyone who has some type of influence or expertise, who wants to engage with people in literally any time or any way that is preferred. So first we're gonna start by gathering everything we need to build Gary's clone. I'm gonna pull things from his public bio, social media accounts, some photos, some logos and video or podcast episode to basically grab all these different ways that is basically his online identity. Capturing his style is what I'm doing here. All right, first we're going to gather everything we need to build out Gary's clone. And here's Gary right here. So we're basically going to find his website, his public bios on social media, maybe some photos, logos, videos, and, and all of this is to capture his style that we can load into the clone. All right, so now that we have Gary's content, or at least the start of it, let's just get into this. So I signed up for Delphi. I'm doing this on behalf of him. So, you know, my friend told me about it, or you know, I'll just say, I'll just say Joe Fear. Cause, you know, let's be honest right below here if you want to get started, it's, it's awesome. You know, Delphi, just check it out for yourself. Tell him I sent you. But let's go here. And now we are going to find Gary's name. So I like to copy and paste as much as possible.

Because I never know what I'm going to potentially mistype. So let's boom. All Right, so everything is looking there. Let's see. I'm going to go find.

Gary's photo here. Going to copy or save the image and go to here. We're going to go back upload image and Gary's image should be right here. So boom. Now we have the start to Gary's clones profile. Now what we're doing, we're just building this out in this onboarding process that Delphi right when you're starting your clone makes it really simple. Just make sure you get the right information in there. We're going to pull in. I always like to go to LinkedIn for this. It's usually where we have, you know, this information ready for ourselves. Now this description is kind of the a longer overview of your identity, background experiences. It's displayed on the clone's profile and it's also used to train your clones. So getting a lot of description inside of here is, is important. And what I've done is basically I go to ChatGPT and I'll pull in. Let's see Gary's profile. I'll do this and bubble. Boom, let's see. Actually you know, I'm going to search the web and do it this way. New little feature here on Chat GPT and then I'm going to throw in his website and let's see what this brings back for me. And I want to keep, keep this within 1500 characters so it has to be pretty concise while we build out all the best information. Let's see what works. All right, so this pulled up a bunch about Gary. It's pulling from. It looks like his website like asked it to also from looks like other interviews and IMDb some, some public profiles. What I'm going to do is take that information now turn the web browsing on and I copied or I'm going to copy Gary's about from his LinkedIn because it looks like he did a really good job there. So I'm going to say combine what you know above with Gary's LinkedIn about. I'm going to take this now and copy and we can always change this later. Replace that bill 1400 good. And from here we're going to just talk about what Gary's going to kind of into or at least the, some of the topics that you know around what he does. So let's see finance and we'll, we'll keep it to that and then what you want to do is set a purpose. So when you set a purpose to the clone these AI clones they'll, they'll act a little different with their responses that are given to folks. So you know, this is where you can say okay, act like a teacher or teach people about challenging problems. That's probably a good thing to do. Act like a coach and ask follow up questions to learn more. That's definitely a good one. Especially if you are that coach or consultant type. Act like a mentor with personalized advice. It's always great. Act like an expert, have authoritative knowledge. Act like a companion. Maybe lesser that customer support. He's not really doing that so much but that's a great use case for for having these act like a CEO and provide answers about the company to customers and employees. That's a good one. Act like me. Engage my audience. That's great because if it's a personal clone, you probably want that. It should date other people for me and simulate how I might be in a relationship. Don't think Gary is going to be doing that with his clone. But you know, there's different purposes for everybody else's. Should interview other people for recruiting or customer research or outreach purposes. Could be good. Should answer questions and take my place for people who want to interview me. Or it should just act like me with no purpose. That's also a pretty good one. Let's continue. And what it's doing based off of all this stuff it now knows about me. It just created this purpose. So the purpose of this clone reads as such. Your purpose is to empower individuals in their journey towards financial independence and personal growth, drawing from your diverse experience as an investor, entrepreneur and retired naval officer. By sharing your knowledge in entrepreneurship, marketing and business. You provide personalized mentorship and authoritative advice helping users navigate complex problems. You inspire through motivational speaking and storytelling and encouraging users to set and achieve their goals. As a cash flow engineer, you emphasize the importance of passive income and real estate investment, guiding users to make informed decisions to a more secure financial future. I think that's great. You know, Gary might want to change it and we can always beef it up. This one we can go up to 5,000 characters at least as of now. We're going to keep it to there for now, but we can definitely go more. All right, so on this page is where we would clone Gary's voice or your voice. You know, I'm using him as an example as I'm building it out. And just to let you know and remind you I have permission to clone Gary. You would never clone someone without them knowing. It's not not allowed. You wouldn't be able to get Too far anyway. And there's a verification process that's really good through Delphi. So just want to let you know. But the way that you would clone your voice. So that means when someone wants to ask you a question, they have the ability to hear it in the way that you would say it. And the way we do that is we take a piece of content or you record a little bit directly into here. And basically Delphi is going to modulate that in a way where anytime someone asks you a question through your clone, it now sounds like you. Here's my clone. I can show you in action. And right over here in the message side, you know, I have this message here. I just. Yeah, it's. It's the text version. There's an audio and a video version. Now, for this, I just asked, hey, I want to learn about some of your. About AI and some of your favorite tools and misspelled favorite. But it figured it out, and you can see it lists a response. You know, some responses here, and. And then we have the read aloud. So here we go. Hey, Joe, AI is a game changer, right? It's like having a superpower in your back pocket. One of my favorite tools has to be chat GPT. It's like having a brainstorming buddy that never sleeps. You can use it to generate ideas, write content, or even learn new skills. It's all about making your life easier and more efficient. There you go. So that shows that was trained on my voice. You know, if you wanted to, someone could actually make a call, both on this app, also even through a phone number, which is pretty cool because there's a lot of ways to interact with these clones. Hey, this is Joe Fears, AI clone. I'm trained on all of the Hustle and Flowchart podcast episodes, over 600 and more. What's on your mind? Hey, Joe, do you have any favorite episodes of yours? And why? Hey, that's a great question. One episode that stands out is with Nathaniel Hunter. We dove deep into AI and its impact on business and life. It was mind expanding, and Nathaniel's insights were just incredible. But that's how the voice interacts with anyone who's using the clone. This is how you do that. So what I'm going to do is find probably a YouTube video of Gary's to train on his voice, and then we'll continue. One minute, 37 seconds later. That was easy. I found one YouTube video of him on stage with good audio, and I figured, you know what? That's probably good enough. All right. We have uploaded that video and now we're updating the clones voice. Now I just want to connect some X accounts and his other pieces of social media. So we're going to do this keep synced. So what we'll do is skip this for now. But if you had a podcast or even a YouTube channel for instance, what you could do is plug in that podcast or YouTube channel and actually keep them both sides synced. That means that it's going to pull all of the podcast episodes or the YouTube videos like before on the previous screen and every new video that comes after this. So it's good the previous ones. It's also going to capture all your new episodes and videos that you release. So your clones always backed up and trained on your latest content. It's really cool. All right, we're going to skip ahead here. You can do the same thing for the website or blog. I am going to plug in Gary's website right here and I'll keep it synced. Not sure how, how often he updates it, but that's fine. It'll just watch that now you can see it's pulled in. Let's click continue. We also have the ability to upload pretty much any other kind of file. Right now I'm going to show you on a different page more of how that looks like. And this is where you verify your identity. So it's very easy. You take a picture of yourself and your ID and basically send it to Delphi. They verify it super fast. But. But in this case we'll have Gary verify this later. I'm not going to do that. Can't do that on his behalf. And boom, we're in Clone studio. It's where you're going to see all your analytics, people engaging with you, the conversations, the different users who are using the clone and a whole bunch of other insights. On the left hand side here, users content insights you can actually earn through here and monetize memberships. And then there's even deeper analytics. Now what I want to point you to is actually the build tab where you can add more content. And this is where you could take things that maybe were not on a domain publicly. You can upload files in here. You can also click here and upload items from YouTube. So single videos, playlists, entire channels, these could be yours and you would mark them as such. You could see this content is written by me or if it's not then you would give credit to that person or that entity. So your clone is referencing other people that you kind of go to for. For advice or you reference often. So on the website side of things, you could do single pages. You can do entire websites or upload a CSV file with the information, you can upload podcasts. Let's go to that really fast because this is where Gary, we can find some about him. So if we go over here, we just copy his name again just to. Again, I don't like to misspell anything and go back and forth. If we go over to podcast episodes, we could find episodes that we might have been guests on. So you could see how to position yourself for success. There he is. This content is written or is about me. That is true. You can include other speakers, you know, the other person on the podcast this way too, or exclude. I'm just going to continue and what we would do is keep adding all the different episodes that we might have have that are publicly around us. So there's one there and I'm going to continue to add these because he's been on a lot of shows. But you know, in this case, if it was like my show, I would actually select my podcast and then I can have it synced up. So any new episodes are, are coming in as well. Okay, so I think we're looking good here. For a start, there's a lot of content, especially when an episode like 30 to, you know, 30 minutes, 60 minutes long. So we're going to finish uploading and when we do that, we're going to see that these will start processing. After they're in the queue for a little bit, they basically transcribe, pull the information and then start training the clone immediately on this content. Now I want to sync up some YouTube content just because I know he's got that out there like this one. Let's see here. And we'll want to pull some, some URLs for all this. Most of us have these pretty accessible. I'm just kind of doing this on the fly as. As I find what's online with him. All right, now we have some websites in there from previous. We have YouTube. We just loaded that up a little bit. And now let's get some social account seeing connect and then request some data from your social media accounts to fill that in as well and train on the content you've been posting and of course upload a whole bunch of things this way. I'm going to skip all that for now because we want to finish that upload and it will see it's pulling in the YouTube videos and also the podcast right now. You see one's complete pulled in Gary's website and his Twitter account. If I wanted to, to really load this up a lot more, I could open the snippets up, you know, and basically create a text note, start pasting in a whole bunch of other content or even scour the web further. I can even ask, you know, Perplexity or chatgpt, what do you know about Gary? Start loading it up that way. But usually I like to default to the content that you've already published somewhere and, or interviews you've done, you know, books you've written, maybe reports you've written for internal use or SOPs. All of these things can be loaded inside of your clone. So let's do it. I just want to jump over here and start interacting with Gary's clone. Now, it's not verified yet, so it's not a public clone, but you can see, we now can see what it's going to say and then also what he sounds like. I always like to, let's just jump into the message first. And you can see everything's just out of the box. And we can refine this more with like a nice statement that that tells people what this thing is and who Gary is or how they can use the clone. But just for now, you know, tell me about real estate investing. Okay, so now you can see the response was telling me about real estate investing based off of what Gary has trained inside of the knowledge base you just saw. So you could see this response pulls from a couple of different sources. In this case, if I hover over these little, little numbers right here, this is a podcast he was on and this is probably a different podcast or later in the same podcast because it references kind of where in the content as well. So you can see real estate investing is fascinating world, lots of moving parts. It's a significant part of my journey and it goes on into the types of real estate investing and all that, how he's found success. He talks about an approach that he uses here and very something that's super actionable right there, actually, which is very interesting. I'm going to go back and really study more of this clone of building. For Gary, real estate investing isn't just about buying properties. It's about understanding the market, financials, clear strategy. And he kind of gives a little saying there and then what the end of this is. Because if you remember, I had Gary kind of be a coach, an expert that always puts it back onto the user of the clone. So it engages the person to give More information and to also just have more of a conversation, because that's going to be a better experience for the end user. It's also great for you, the person who has the clone built out, because through all of this, you're able to engage with people who are asking questions, and you can actually see what they're asking. You can actually figure out what kind of trends people are asking about. So now let's do this. I want to go and do a call with Gary because, you know, it's always fun to see how the voice turned out, and it's the first time I've tried this. Let's go. Hi, I'm Gary McDermott. How can I help? Hey, Gary. It's great to meet you. Can you tell me some best practices for scaling a business? Scaling a business, Joe, is like engineering the perfect machine. It requires precision planning and a little bit of boldness. First, you need to ensure your foundation is solid. That means having systems and processes in place that can handle increased demand without compromising quality. It's like building a house. You need a strong foundation before adding more floors. All right, so that's really cool. What I could do is I can adjust the responses, you know, the lengths, the style.

How much it adheres to the content, or if it starts to kind of get a little bit more creative and try to fill in some gaps. You have full control, and you can see just right out of the box what we've done so far. So now that this clone, Gary's clone, is ready, I'm going to show it to Gary for one, and I guess I already am with this video. But we're going to make this accessible to the public. And of course, he has to verify first, and you would as well. But once that's done, this can become a public profile that is shareable everywhere you go, on social media, in your emails, to your audiences, as a call to action. You know, there's this. This talking page here that Gary now has, and you saw the one that I have for my personal brand. It's essentially a profile that links to a whole bunch of things here. And you have the ability to also do some other things. Like you can embed this into your website. It could be chat bubbles. It could take over customer communication kind of outwardly and also to customers as an internal team. There's tons of ways that this clone now can become a tool that has conversations that interact just like you with your knowledge and the way that you would present it. So this clone can now help Gary in this Case scale his business from handling customer service inquiries, inbound leads, asking about his his services or his businesses can handle personalized advice like coaching as an expert or if you're an author, you know, as part of your content, your books, a creator kind of basically you referencing any material. You know. In my case I have a podcast and I tell people hey, just start chatting with me. And they could do that, they can use it through text, there's calling, there's even a video feature that's pretty awesome as well. So that's how I direct people as a call to action in a lot of places is saying hey, go message me here, call me here. Even you can FaceTime video call me right on this page. So it's kind of a main call to action. This page is here so I could generate new leads and provide a better experience all around. So now that Gary's clone is ready or your clone, you know, might be ready, I mean it's a fast process to get going and this just shows you how fast with this tool Delphi, I love it because it's quick to get something that anyone who wants to learn from you can get access to your advice and your perspectives via your clone anytime and anywhere.
