Joe Fier breaks down how to scale coaching without losing the personal touch: give coaches direct email access to clients, split large cohorts into smaller weekly groups, and mix big-group sessions with live one-on-one coaching moments. The goal is real personalization at scale, not just automated responses.

I think people getting on calls, like adding whether it's a group coaching call, in our experience, product masterclass, people get assigned a coach that they have unlimited email access to and milestone reviews. And then they go to weekly smaller group podcast. So they have kind of a smaller community within a larger cohort, because we'll have a thousand person cohort. And then they're in this smaller community that feels really personal. And then they've got that direct touch point into the coach. And I still do my really big group coaching calls in those cohorts, but but then Sometimes there are 500 people on that call and maybe I get to coach like 12 or 15 of them in a two hour period. Right. So it's a really different thing. And so I think that there are ways to scale, create scalable personal experiences that go beyond automation and perceived customization and that actually create communities within the context of these programs.
