The top 1% are not building their wealth this way. This put me on this obsessive mission to really unpack the blueprint of the ultra wealthy. So I started investing in private assets, everything from oil and gas to retail to raw land to single family rentals, multifamily rentals, self storage, name it. And across the next 20 years, had a lot of success investing. And then fast forward to today, and I created Pantheon to really help other people figure out this blueprint of the ultra wealthy. How can we pay less in taxes? How can we invest in things that are not just stocks, bonds, and mutual funds?
