What's a shift? If you were to think of like one mindset shift, if someone now is listening and is kind of feeling that little stuck or burnt out ness to kind of shift into making it feel like a passion and that will lead to business success because maybe they're in the grind or just overwhelmed.
It's very hard to not grow a podcast that has high completion rates. That just means that you just got to learn how to get the. Get better at getting the show in front of new people. It's just a skill. It's either social media, it's podcast guests, or it's YouTube. You can pick one of those, get really good at it, and you will start to see the numbers go up and I guarantee you your burnout is going to just disappear because you're like, oh my gosh, this is working. I'm starting to see the numbers go up. So that's the mindset shift. It's if you're doing the same thing over and over again, not getting any results, it's just there's a skill deficiency that can be solved.
