What if you lose money? What if you lose time? What if you lose your job? What if. Negative I call it. So first and foremost the thing to realize is that's no different than driving your car. You're on the highway and everything's going fine. If you have one of the newer cars it has sensors all around it and you might hear beep beep beep beep beep and you realize that you're veering over to the left lane and there's a car there. So what do you do? You get back over here. Would you ever want those sensors to be turned off? Or your sensor for gas to be turned off? Or your sensor for windshield wiper fluid or your tire pressure? No. It's a beautiful sensor to have because you can use it. Well what if I told you that your stress circuit is a is a sensor, your fear circuit is a sensor, your self doubt circuit is just a switch that just went on to warn you.
