You know, it's so easy to say no that you don't want to do something because it's scary and it's hard, right? And when you're able to just kind of move just an inch to be able to do whatever that thing is towards it. And so for me, it was just recording on Zoom, right? And then it was uploading it to the podcast, and then all of a sudden I published it, but it wasn't visible to other people. And then it was syncing it on Spotify. And so that's how I work people through. It is in my community, I actually have these dares, and it's three words, and it's basically saying, I dare you. And it's nothing crazy. It can't just do the one thing. You've got to keep doing these micro steps, and that's how it's going to compound where you'll get in momentum, and that's how you'll be able to actually finally do the thing you want to do.
