The brain controls every single cell, tissue and organ in the body and how we think controls every cell, tissue or organ in the body. They have shown, they have shown proof and data and I've done this experiment myself. Go to the gym and do bicep curls and take yourself to the last rep, maybe doing 10, you know, your 10th rep. Get super angry and think of something super negative that pisses you off. That 10th, 11th rep is going to become super hard. Rewire the brain, get yourself know who you are. Because once the mind gets calm, then the body gets clear. Now you reduce the cortisol, now you reduce the, the blood sugar problem. Then you say, okay, now what do I eat? Then you got to look at, okay, now we got to control the diet so we don't spike these blood sugars. And then, then once those things come into place, sleep falls itself right in.
Makes sense because your body's going to want it and so it's going to fit with it.
