This YouTube interview (hosted by Joe Fier) discusses practical ways to monetize AI "clones" (Delphi/Adelphi clones). Key tactics: use the clone as a lead-generation tool by offering a handful of free messages, capturing emails, and funneling users into existing products/services; or monetize directly via tiered subscriptions with usage limits (monthly/annual), bundling with existing memberships or VIP areas to increase retention and feedback. The transcript emphasizes personalization — the clone builds user profiles and remembers past chats, which increases perceived value and reduces churn, especially among early adopters and high-end clients.
There's some really awesome use cases out there right now for, for generating revenue. Joe, you want to share a couple of those, how people are doing it.
You'll see people do the lead gen side of things. So, you know, you can, you can basically have your funnel as here's a handful of messages for free and once they opt in, boom, you have them on the email list and then you can say, okay, you have a free tier, you can do it that way. So it's like an email. And of course, when you have someone captured as email, you could follow them up with maybe your own products or services that you're already offering in your business. That's probably the most streamlined and simple way to monetize. It's not directly monetizing, you know, the clone itself, but that's a funnel that you can create with Delphi and just bolt it onto your existing business. So like, boom, on your website, on a landing page, start sharing it around and all your content, emails. But easy like that's, that's how you deploy that, that Delphi. Another one is, let's say you do want to monetize your Delphi clone. So you could set it up the same way. Set it up with free access to a point and you can limit it on the amount of usages per month even. So you kind of like set a threshold. But if they want more, they have to pay a monthly subscription or even an annual subscription. You could set up your tiers of monetization. You can even base that on the amount of usage you want to give them. You can bonus it or package it up maybe with another service or product that you're already offering. That's a very common use case, is that it lives within, you know, your VIP or your members area, your community. And now, you know, people can get access to it if they choose to join your membership. And the best way is to, you know, you could sell it independently, that's fine. I like the idea of actually bolting it on to something that is going to involve maybe you or, you know, a community or some type of other engagement thing. That's how we've seen bigger success. And then you also get better feedback from people that way. And early adopters that really don't want to lose access because I think that's the big thing that's so powerful here. Just like ChatGPT, when someone enters their email address into Adelphi, they're creating a profile of themselves where Delphi can start to learn from their conversations. Just like ChatGPT, it'll actually customize the whole session to that person and remember things from previous chats from weeks or months before. So people don't want to lose access to that if you think about it. So the sooner you get it in front of some of your, your highest end clients and you give them access and basically say like hey you are the first adopter of this they're not going to want to churn out of that. Like that's where I've seen the month. You know if you if it's a part of a monthly subscription membership site for instance.
When people get into there they're like holy moly. It's basically what I'm already signed up for but now I can ask any question that's in this training and it's customizing the answers to me and my situation.
Exactly.
And yeah so why would someone want to lose access to that if that's in a paid subscription service that you're offering for instance.
