Denise Gosnell & Robin Robins on Joe Polish's Genius Network

Robin Robins and Denise Gosnell discuss Dan Sullivan's framework for sorting business tasks into complexities, simplified work, and multipliers. Denise argues that if a product isn't selling, the problem is usually marketing, not the product itself. They highlight how Genius Network connections lead to real deals and fast access to CEO solutions.

We just listened to Dan Sullivan talk about a thinking exercise of how you identify things in your business that are complex complexity, things that are simplified, and things that are multipliers. And the whole breakthrough for me, or aha for me, was just even putting the processes or the projects or the things that you're dealing with in your business in those categories as a grading system. To say, is this a complexity and moving complexities so that they're simplified and then once they're simplified, taking that to where you can multiply it.
To me, that was a huge breakthrough. This is always a challenge because these means are always so awesome and jam packed that I get so much out of them, as I know you do too. Robin. We just exercise, we just finished. That I got a lot out of was that it was a law that basically said that if your product isn't selling, the problem isn't the product, the problem is you. So what that means, as translation is we all need to have more marketing stamina, as Dean Graziosi had said a little bit ago, in that if our product isn't selling, we just need to put better marketing behind it and in some cases, you know, create the sales letter and try to sell the product before you've even created the product. And I already know that. But just to hear everybody's implementations of how they go about that and how we can all apply that to our business is just always refreshing and very helpful. The great value in being in this mastermind isn't just being in the meetings, it's what happens outside of the meetings. I mean, I can't tell you how many people have reached out to me or I've reached out to them that I met at the meetings or that I knew was a fellow 25K member and who we then either did deals with or I knew they had the answer to a certain problem I was facing. You don't have to worry about recreating a bill with this group with the brain power and the successful CEOs involved. Somebody already has the answer and you're just one phone call away from getting their millions of dollars they may have already invested in solving that very problem.
