I was. I don't know if anyone else felt this way, but I was split coming here, man. We had just spent a week on the road leading our big event. I've got a little nine month old little baby at home and oh, man, my heart was pulling. I was really missing on her. And then a couple days later, come here. I'm giving her a kiss. And I'm a new dad. It's my first kid, so my energy was really torn. And I have to say, sitting here and I always feel this way is. I'm so glad that I came. So glad that I came. Because every time I come, you guys challenge me to play bigger, to think bigger, and to go braver. And it's awesome. It's awesome. So a couple of themes that I was thinking about, like what do I get most out of being in this room? And Travis, you talked about, I mean, everyone's been bringing it up, but generosity. You know, this is a generous room, man. With wisdom, with insights, with, you know, Mary Ellen connecting with you and Alex, well, you said the talk was good, but I have to say, what you and I connected with on day one blew my mind, man. That was awesome. So thank you for that, Brad, our hot seat. It was just the stuff that happens in the interstitial moments, like you said, 10 minute breaks and all of that. It was just phenomenal. And then Rob's gone, but I wrote down his combine contest. Getting out there and just implementing this stuff, it challenges us to think bigger. And I love that. And lastly, so generosity, bravery, because it takes big guts to go bigger than you've been before. So I really get inspired from this group. And the other one, which is huge for us, is fun. We have a huge value on fun. And so I think it takes credit where credit is due to you, my friend, because here you are leading this group that is all directors, they're all leaders. And you are the leader of leaders, my friend. And you instill the generosity. You instill the bravery, you instill the fun. And what did you say earlier today? A fish rots from the head down, right? That's what creates this. So thank you for being our fish head.
