Victoria Labalme gives a first-person testimonial about the Genius Network, describing it as a gathering of "brilliant minds" where members are successful but humble and openly share business challenges. She says joining (about a year-and-a-half prior) transformed her career, calling the Network a "springboard" and one of the best investments she's made, and strongly recommends trying it for at least a year. The piece functions as an endorsement and personal reflection on the value of peer networks for entrepreneurs.

It's like a mecca of brilliant minds. And you think, well, I don't know who these people are. And by the end of the meeting, they are brilliant business people. They're huge authors. They're people who have often the solutions to the challenges that you're facing. And everyone you meet, whether it's in the hallway or at the coffee or in the bathroom or at your table, is an extraordinary mind. And that is rare. It's, you know, it's casual. It's humble. You know, you have people that have extraordinary success, and they're sharing challenges that they're facing. And I think as an entrepreneur, we're so alone, even if we have a big company, that to come to a room where other people are facing similar challenges, you realize you're not a freak because of the stresses that you face. In any given week, the name Genius Network truly delivers on the promise. It is a network of geniuses. And so I have had an opportunity through Joe and through the people here, to meet such extraordinary individuals who have really transformed my career. And between when I joined a year and a half ago, or whatever it was until now, my career has left so many notches. It's like a springboard. It's worth trying because you can always kick out after a year, but I doubt you will, because it's some of the best money I've ever spent.
