Short excerpt from a YouTube talk (uploaded by Joe Polish) giving entrepreneurial advice: genius is executing ideas, businesses must not be centered on the founder, raise standards and think bigger, like your customer and be generous/useful, and aim to turn moments into movements. The tone is motivational and strategic, focused on online marketing and mindset for entrepreneurs.

Genius is not just coming up with a great idea. Genius is making it work. Who here sees that? The online marketing world is changing fast. So I think the biggest mistake that brands are making is they're assuming that they're cool when no one really cares.
Not making the business about you is critical. If the business is all about you, you can't sell. At odds. Dreams don't know odds. Everyone else can play the odds. We play against it. Play the game with the true spirit in which you started in the first place.
We all need to raise our standards and raise what we're thinking about our goals will be. The best deal you ever do is.
The one that you don't because you walked away.
The number one rule is to come to like your customer because you're there as a teammate. The best way to get the most out of this room, get the most out of this event, is to be a real giver. Just be generous, just be useful. And I'll reiterate this and say this quite a bit.
We bear the standard, so everybody has to play up to us.
We turn moments into movements.
Who here would like to sell the company for 32 times revenue?
Nothing happens until something moves. Movement is life. Sam.
