Group flow always starts with what's known as collective ambition. So Genius Network is a great example. There's a collective ambition. There's a goal the Genies Network has that none of us individually can accomplish, but together we can accomplish that goal. That's collective ambition. So when you bring a team together, they have to really want the thing that you're going after. And everybody has to know. So their home lives are mood proof. They get the thing, but they can't get it alone. That's the place you have to start.
