I can tell you from my personal experience, I have met some of the most purpose driven, mission focused entrepreneurs that are really up to something in the world. And for me, that phrase up to something in the world really means something to me. Like they're out to do some, really some good. And I just see it as a, like I come here to these meetings and I'm inspired by what people are up to and lo and behold also like business comes from it, which to me is just like there's just a, that's just a bonus. So the biggest thing for me is just being inspired by the amazing things that people are creating in the world. And the idea of creation and being a creator means a lot to me. And when you show up to one of the monthly meetings here, you're surrounded in a room of creators and they see the world that way. Like they see the world through the lens of like it's up to us to create whatever it is we want. And you don't. You're not surrounded, you're not in a room with a bunch of people that complain all the time, which is refreshing. Yeah, it's just really great to be around creators.
So far it's had incredible impact. Joined the meeting in November in Phoenix and signed up as a member. Best decision I made all year. Right now we're scaling up our business with some of the strategies we learned and being able to associate with world class entrepreneurs has just been an awesome experience so far.
Yeah, Genius Network is really great. Especially it depends on where you come at into the group. You know, I think it's a great group for people who are at the peak of what they're doing, whether it's a best selling author or they're considered the authority in what they do, but also for people in transition. When I came into the group, I was in a transition. I left the field working with the federal government. My clients were the White House, Homeland Security, CIA and I had left. And I was in a transition in my life. And in this group I got to meet so many interesting people and so many powerful entrepreneurs and so many successful people that it was able to give me a new view on life, a new view on entrepreneurism and a new view on business. Just with some of the strategies you learn, some of the people, just some of the what they're doing is fascinating. And you know, you come into one meeting, there's 30, 40 people there that are doing unique and different things. And I think that's the best thing that I've gotten out of the group is really getting a view into different businesses now. I'm involved in four different businesses right now in different areas that I didn't even know existed 10 years ago. One of my mentors told me one time, you got to find a team, a team that you fit in, a team you can play on. And it's kind of built in for us up until we go out into the world. Then we're out in the world. It's like, what team am I on? So one of the things I found is a really cool community of people and friends and teammates who I can make magic happen in the world, whether it's through a philanthropy, through a business that I start, or through just earning more money or having a higher quality of life.
