Hey, this is Joe Polish. I'm here during break during a Genius network meeting at my headquarters in Tempe, Arizona. And this is the room where we actually do the meetings. And there's some people in here talking. We're in the middle of lunch right now. And this is poopourright. You spray it in the toilet, it creates like a shield and it basically makes poop not smell. You don't smell it. And the founder of this company is in the room back here where we actually have all our recording studio. And. And I'm gonna actually grab her and I'm gonna take her into the bathroom. And this is gonna be off the cuff and hopefully this goes well and I don't have to edit this video. I'm just gonna try to do this in one, one. Hold. Shoot here. Susie. Suzy. All right, so this is Geetha, this is Susie. You're on video right now. Oh, okay. So. All right, so here with poo Pourri. And so we did an interview earlier and you were amazing. And you're gonna be speaking at this year's Genius network annual, which is the highest level marketing event in the world for high level entrepreneurs. And so your company is currently valued at over $700 million.
Yes.
Yeah. And how long did it take you to build this company?
12 years.
12 years. So you've learned quite a lot about everything from marketing to distribution to hiring to firing, to how to build it. And you're just one of the most amazing entrepreneurs, like, ever.
And so it's a big compliment coming from you.
Yeah. And you really are. I mean, everyone loved her. And if you've not seen the video, we're gonna actually, we'll make. We'll make that available because it's. It's unbelievable. But I want to go into the bathroom with you. I mean, due to what you. Due to what you.
What are we gonna do?
Well, just come with me. I want to ask you a question. This is gonna be like a survey.
This is scary.
And this will give you a reason why you need to come see Susie at this year's Genius network. Anyway, so. All right, so here in the bathroom. So let's zoom in here. Ricky.
That's my future husband.
Yeah. So before Poo Pourri, that's what happens in bathrooms. So if someone had the choice of abc, right here we've got stink bomb brand Happy bathroom companion matches. Now before Poo Pourri. This is not right. And then we've got pure Citrus, which I have no idea if this is from a dollar store or What? But that could kill you. Right? And we've got poo pourri. So basically, who would have ever thought that you could have built a company like this with. So what's the quick version of how did you. Oh, it was a book of questions right here. So if you're sitting on the toilet.
That'S the book of answers.
Oh, I'm sorry.
That's better.
That's better. So real quickly, like, how did. How does one come up with some idea like this and then like, like turn it into this empire that you have?
Yeah. First of all, you have to have an alive idea.
Yeah.
I remember the moment that my brother in law said, can bathroom odor be trapped?
Right.
Like I felt this aliveness in my body. I was like, yeah, I can do that. So I think first you have to have that and then you just need to follow it. Like hell yeah. Once you get that zing, it's like, just go for that, man. And then you don't even have to know what you're doing. I've not known anything what I'm doing. You just figure it out.
Exactly. Yeah. Well, see, what's great is when we were talking, you were like, when an idea. You treat your company like a living organism.
Yes.
You even said she. And there's a way that Susie relates to her company. And I think if you adopted some of her thinking and methodology and applied it to your business, to your cause, to your mission, to your purpose, it's just gonna make it a hell of a lot better. And that's why I've asked Susie to actually be a presenter and at this year's Genius Network annual event. And so. And you'll be able to find my interview with her online because I'm going to put it out as a podcast. I'm not sure where I'm going to put out yet, but it's super instructional and that's it. So anything else you want to say about this?
I'm excited. Come. Is this for people coming to the gc?
Yeah, coming to gc.
Join us. Like this group. I didn't know. It's legit. Joe's legit.
Thank you. Yeah.
You're amazing. You're an angel.
Yes, thank you. You are too. So from me and Susie, go get yourself some poo pourri. If you do have some, you need it. Or someone close to you needs this. And you would know that better than I. And come see us at the Genius Network annual event and have yourself a.
Wonderful day and listen to our interview.
Yes.
It was really good.
It was. Everyone loved it. Totally, totally. And there's so much business wisdom there, and. Yeah. So we look forward to seeing you, hopefully in person. Take care.
Bye.
