Lisa Sasevich on Joe Polish's Genius Network

Hi, I'm Lisa Sasevich, known by many as the queen of sales conversion. And I'm here at my very first Genius Network meeting and it's been incredible. We finished a full day and we're just halfway through the second day. Saw some people I knew and met some really great people that I don't think I ever would have met. I had the privilege to be able to present a presentation boost sales using irresistible offers. And it was really fun to have Joe interview me and get to kind of keep that conversation going with the people in the room. And it just, it kind of went into lunch and went into dinner and, and you know, it's my favorite topic, so I loved it. But what's cool is really looking at and what opened my mind, you know, sort of the genius part is how the work that I'm doing could contribute beyond the entrepreneurs that we serve. For example, I got ideas about verticals into financial services and we already serve a large part of the healthcare market. But I got ideas for how we could do that in a deeper way. So that was really great. And we also learned a lot today about some strategies I had never even thought of or even if I heard of them, never thought about how they could apply to my business. One, for example, was contests. And actually looking at how contests could play a role in increasing our renewals into our high end sales authenticity and success Mastermind. How contests could potentially play a role into Mastermind enrollment and how we might be able to serve our clients and their mission and our mission with this one simple tool. All of my work is about inviting pursuit, really using irresistible offers to get entrepreneurs out of that follow up to a nausea mode. And what I saw is that a contest actually has that similar effect. It changes the whole dynamic from needing to be pitchy or salesy to really inviting the pursuit of the people who have that big dream and are already saying yes to themselves. So it was a great day and thank you to Joe and Genius Network and really everybody that was here. I can't wait to meet the rest of the tribe over the coming year.
