I realized that I told Joe this, that when he just in one of his examples about what we might get from our solving, that I had come here in February and we'd been looking for a long time for the right chief operating officer. And within two weeks, I found that person. I didn't really attribute it to what had happened in one of those problem solving gatherings, but I realized that it was just a shift in my awareness that then resulted. Two weeks later. We had this person who's awesome. So I guess what I would say to you is one of the things that came to me is that there's more happening here than we see when we leave here. And for me, again, I'm stretching my calendar with more space and I'm throwing some things that I don't really need to be doing. And what I did last night was write the five things that only Mary can do. And that's helped me sort out because I do a lot of things come at me, but what are the five things that only Mary can do for this company and for what I'm about? And that was helpful. So thanks for everything. This great, great meeting. Thank Sam.
