And so releasing yourself from those constructs, playing on those edges of pain to not only heal your pain, but to find that evolution within the self, it'll free you and expand the possibilities. A great example of that is from the Matrix, right? That anybody we see in the Matrix has seen where he says, there is no spoon. The only thing that bends is your mind, right? It's our mind that shapes our reality. And free yourself from all constructs in a simple way. To practice that, it just doesn't make sense, recognizing that everything is a construct. So even when I'm driving, I'll just be like, I'm creating my own illusion to repeat that mantra, to acknowledge that everything I'm seeing from the color of that car is an illusion that has been assigned to me. And then the more I do that just in practice, the more that when I'm playing in the arena, I can free myself from that allusion to that question about how do I handle the mindset. I don't allow myself to be imprisoned by other concepts of what's possible form, but they just free your mind.
