A short spoken segment in which Joe Polish describes encouraging his small-company team to experiment with AI tools—sending AI-related items to the team so they can 'play around'—and noting some team members have become more adept than he is. The speaker frames AI as a potential companion or assistant for everyday work.

What I'm attempting.
To do within my own little company.
Relative to huge companies is we've had a few discussions about like, it started a few weeks ago, sending out things related AI to the team and saying, go play around with it. And there are people on my team that are far more adept at using AI now than I am because of just that whole starting with that because I want to utilize it. Like Mike was saying, should just make it's someone that's a companion with you.
