Playing to win versus playing not to lose creates two different results, right? And if you're in a company where you have a bunch of team members that play not to lose versus playing to win, that's the difference between a company succeeding or being very mediocre or in most cases, failing. And oftentimes the person that really wants to win. And I've learned this can scare the shit out of everyone in their team that then doesn't play to win, they play not to lose. When the disconnect becomes, I don't understand it. Why did they not all want to win here? And, you know, that's. That's a whole other complex subject that I still, every day, often try to think about.
