It's about health, mental and physical health. It's about wealth, not just making money, but not losing it. And as much as it can be about elf, which is easy, lucrative and fun, so that you are working on things with people that are easy, lucrative and fun. And I know none of you wake up every day and say, let me figure out how to do the easiest stuff that I can. Many of you love jumping into the pit of pain and drive and all that. However, I think doing that long term just burns you out, creates a tremendous amount of angst. And in order to have an elf business, you actually have to work pretty hard to set up having an elf business. But if you're with people and projects and things that are just annoying and make you cringe, then get rid of them.
