The first philosophy it has to start with is there is no exit strategy. If you go into the model with an exit strategy in mind, it's going to fail. Your exit strategy has to be the cure. There can't be an exit strategy, because if there is an exit strategy, you're going to pop off and you're going to have something that doesn't work, and it's going to be mission misalignment.
