So many things you said tie into that lesson that I learned. And I had to, you know, I know myself and like I knew when I was getting addicted to the fucking KPIs in the business, when I was addicted to checking the website, I was addicted to looking at sales reports. I was addicted to seeing customer reviews roll in because we did my heart good. I'm like, I'm changing the world. But I was like, I'm also not living. I'm doing what I've seen so many other people do. What made me burned my career to the ground at 29. I'm done. But I find for me it comes in cycles and I have a lot of dozens of family and things like that. The joy tax away for a couple of years because I was just, I felt like I had to be stationary. But today I reinstated the joy tax. So I love it. One percent of five hours.
