What are your non negotiables? What are your non negotiables? Mine are in the book. I have one that is I will not start something I am not willing to do forever. That stresses people out. They hate that one. I will not start something I'm not willing to do forever. Why? Because I bias resource allocation and reliability. So if I say, you know, I'm going to go on a meat free diet, I'm not going to eat meat for 90 days, is that something I might be willing to do forever? No. Which means any benefits that come from it are likely temporary. That does not give me any power over the outcome in the long term. It does not drive certainty up over any appreciable amount of time. All we're trying to do is get power for the outcome and drive up certainty. That's it. Reliability.
