What is Genius Network? You know, Dan Sullivan describes it as an ever expanding system of increasing cooperation and creativity among unique ability achievers. And what I think is cool about that definition is Genius Network is ever expanding. It's always growing. It is a system and it is about collaboration between unique ability achievers and unique ability achievers are really people that have identified their genius, their skill, their excellence, and they work with other Genius network members to make better things happen. So it's really an amazing group of industry Transformers.
I got to tell you, one of the biggest things that Joe has taught me is giving me perspective in how I can think about my business from kind of an entrepreneurial mind standpoint, but also how you can think about how other businesses operate and work in market. You can either live 200 business life cycles or you can go to one of these events, which you get to see all that perspective within a two day period of time.
It's really about building a Genius network, a wisdom network, which is access to the most incredible, elegant ideas, best practices, connections, you know, things that really just make your business the best that your business could be. And in order to have a Genius network, you need to be part of one. So the thing I'm taking away from being at this particular event right now is learning how to really network. And now with the power of this group, really understanding what it is to connect in a real meaningful way with other individuals and find out how my business meshes with theirs so that we can do business in a new way. And for me, it's been really exciting because instead of just being out there on my own, I've got a whole group of individuals who are supporting me and helping me along the way.
Some of the most amazing connections that I have right now and the joint venture partners that I have right now are because of people that Joe introduced me to or that someone who Joe had introduced me to then later introduced me to. So it's just amazing. Connections as well as ideas and problem solving are what this group is all about. It's just been fantastic. The best mastermind group I've ever been in, and I've been in four others before that. We're all good for different reasons, but this one is probably 10 times better than any of the others I've ever been a part of. It's just taken me to the next level. 1, 2, 3, relaunch.
Relax. Hear the enthusiasm and wands. Nothing makes me happier than when someone who's been in my Genius Network mastermind for a few years has referred other people into the group, and they're like, you know, this really helped my relationship with this person. This made it better. I saved this person from getting into trouble with doing something that they really would have been a pain in the butt for them. And so, yeah, I just want people to stay in the group, get value out of the group, and introduce the group to other people. That makes me happy, because that's what a genius network is. Sa.
