We all have breakdowns, right? How do we create a breakthrough by design, right? So I started designing breakthroughs, you know, so. So really interesting that you can even step it up, do you know what I mean? And just not be in the breakdown and not be a victim. Right, right. And just take a stand. It's just a different, different place. Not a place of scarcity, just a place of declaration.
What I often say is when you have an alive idea, like, it doesn't matter if anybody thinks it's good, right. If you have enough compelling energy within you, then I always say, put your. Almost put your blinders on. Don't ask anybody if it's a good idea. I believe the opposite.
So I came to genius. Dan Sullivan spoke about this earlier about the idea that if you tell your brain what you're interested in, it really does a good job looking for that. There's something in the transformational industry that says that things are supposed to be easy and that we're somehow doing something wrong if it's not easy. And I'm really excited about the idea of amping up the level to which I tell them it's going to be hard. And it doesn't mean you're doing something wrong. It means you're doing something right.
I believe what you say and what you put out into the world ultimately is how it comes back to you.
She had to face her fears. She had to deal with failure. What could you guys really achieve if you could change just one belief and one mindset?
Genius Network for me, has actually reduced the suffering in my life as a network, because at the difficult times and the good times and the transitions, I'm in great transitions right now, but there's still transitions. And this network meeting opportunity isn't something I would miss because it reduces suffering by giving direction and camaraderie and team and support.
As entrepreneurs, you all try to take care of everything. Your businesses, your families, your staff. But you have to value health, number one. You can't scale up your businesses or your life if you're six feet under. To be unstoppable, you have to value health, number one.
I was told growing up that there's two kinds of people, the ones you love and the ones you don't understand. And I feel like through Genius Network, there's a lot of understanding that happens and thus forth, a lot of connection show up so that you can be an even truer definition of what a leader is meant to be.
