Jean-Pierre celebrates Empire Blueprint's first user call with Darren, marking what he calls a once-in-a-lifetime milestone for his tech startup. He's aiming for 1,440 active users by December 2026 to improve the lives of 1,440 men, crediting God, his team, and three years of personal effort to get here.

It's been an epic haul for anybody who is interested in what life may be like when you're building a tech startup. Messy at best, crazy at the worst, and everything else in between. But it's been a blessing to work with an amazing team that God's given me to serve. It's a beautiful duty that I have to serve them and lead them through somewhat uncertain times, but really exciting times. Getting off the phone with Darren, who is our first unofficial user of the software, is momentous. And that's a big word that I don't use, but we're never going to get the chance again. Today is the 25th of August, 2025. It's almost 6 PM here in Melbourne. We're never going to get the chance to do this ever again. The first is now done. Now I pray that God would direct our path and clear it, that from here till the end of December in 2026, that we would get to 1,440 users. Therefore, therefore, I would have been able to help improve the lives of 1,440 men. And when I set out to do Empire Blueprint, I didn't think I'd be doing AI. I honestly just thought that my father worked too hard And the reward for working hard sometimes in life, and in Western life, is the family that you work hard for doesn't exist. That wasn't okay with me, and I also knew there was nothing I could do about it, but I wasn't gonna not try. And so I'm emotional about it because now I can see a world for the first time in 3 years of laboring and not seeing anything. I can finally see a world where over the next 14 months We change people's lives for the better. And it was a grand— it was a grand thought at some stage. I wonder what would happen if I dared to dream. But when I dared to dream and believed God through the process and found my magnificent obsession, nothing else really mattered anymore. It was the fact that every day I would rock up to work and I would think my hardest, and I get freaking hurts— like, thinking hard really hurts your brain, by the way— and that I would work my best with conviction. But the best part in all this is that although I didn't believe in myself, I always had faith in God. And that I prayed through it all, probably not as much as I should have, but I never really gave up on the belief that it was possible because through God all things are possible. Things that I never thought I could do, things that really aren't humanly sane or sensible on my own. When I speak to anybody, they're like, how did you do it? I'm like, it wasn't me, it was him. And so the message here today is if I just keep on the path, I've got 14 more months left ahead of me of running, and there is a world that I can see that God is opening and he's creating, is giving me the team who's making it happen. Making it happen. He's given me the A-team, the Assemblers. We're doing it right now together. The message to you, if you're watching, but really to myself, is don't stop. Keep believing, but believe different and have faith. And through all of this, know that this all started with a thought, with a hard feeling that what if there was a better way to live life? What if there was a way to live life more fully? And what if the mistake of my father and those gone before me didn't have to be mine? What if I dare to dream and be different? As always, until next time. This was in many ways one of my most favorite videos to do, and I can't wait for the day that I get to reflect on this video and see the emotion I felt, the look on my face, the joy of the team, and really what will now become a day that marked history and now set us on a different trajectory to helping improve the lives of 1,440 men. As always, until next time, Jean-Pierre.
