John Rodrigues deployed AI agents directly into Slack to work as 24/7 teammates handling repetitive tasks. Building functional agents is feasible, but getting them into production remains cumbersome. For small businesses without resources to hire, these AI teammates save significant time.

Everybody is like kind of hyping up AI agents all the time, right? So I've been very I've been like you know teaching this in our cohorts and like building AI agents and stuff like that. So I do find that like deployments of AI agents is one of the most complex and poor experience to kind of deploy AI agents. I can build agents and make them do things, but recently I found some success in my studio. So I start deploying AI agents that kind of helps me with my operations and stuff. So they live in my Slack. Right now, and they help me with my day-to-day operations and stuff. So I think that's becoming like closer to like an AI teammates kind of thing that's going on, and it's actually proving value. And I think the deployment to like other people is still very hard, but just integrating that in my you know Slack and them acting like a teammates, it has definitely saved me a lot of time. I still we have to go to a point where they're completely autonomous, but they do work 24/7 right now. But I think we are getting closer. For AI being like the teammates to help us with the things that we don't like to do and the repetitive work and things like that. For especially like for small businesses, they don't really have much resources and stuff. I think this is going to be a pretty big game changer to have like AI that lives within your Slack and kind of help you with the day-to-day things. Yeah, I'll definitely share more how it works and evolves. Follow for more AI and product content.
