Ep. 125: Individual SOP Training Courses

Welcome to the Secret Sauce of Outsourcing podcast that's dedicated to making you better at working with OFS online Filipino specialists. This is episode 125. We're making individual training modules available for sale. So there are some pretty big things happening both in my life and in the Philippines. So, number one, in the Philippines, elections happened recently and this was a really, really big election. It's a big deal. It was electing a new president. This was super controversial and super heated in the Philippines. I will have more information coming about this because as of recording this, the elections aren't completely, completely final. It's looking really strongly that Ferdinand Marcos Jr. Has won. And I'll talk about this more in another. In another email. And people in the Philippines, some of them are celebrating. Some of them are really freaking out. Yeah, I'll have more for you. So, number two, I'm taking my family to Europe to ride our bikes for a month and we're flying to Paris and then we're riding east out of Paris towards Germany, and we're going to ride south in Germany towards Switzerland and then through Switzerland and east through Austria. We're taking our mountain bikes and we're going to ride. We're going to ride every day and hopefully we ride to some mountain destinations where there's mountain bike trails and we'll ride the trails and we'll rest and it's a really big deal. And this is my wife and me and our five kids. So really quickly, I'm going to try and show this to you. So my office has been a staging area for our preparation, which has been months and months of preparation here. So I'm going to show this on the ground. I have handlebar bags and handlebar bags and seat saddle bags and panniers and rain gear and we have puffy jackets and rain gear and all kinds of stuff over there in the corner. All of, like the small stuff that we're going, some shoes and bike locks, got some wheels and two or tires. There's so much stuff that's going into this. I'm super excited about it. There's, you know, there's a lot of logistics behind it. A lot of preparation, a lot of gear, a lot of training so that hopefully we can do the ride and everything works out. Super excited. That's a really big deal for me and my family. And then the third thing, the third big thing that's happening is because you guys asked for it, we have now made individual training modules available for sale@vasmadeeasy.com. here's what happened. I released Vas Made easy, which is 28 or 29 training modules that you hand off to your Filipino VAs. You don't have to do anything with them or for the most part, some of them have some, some things for you to do to support your team in the Philippines. But generally it's stuff you hand off. You don't have to create the training, you don't have to go through the training, you don't have to really do anything. And then I heard so many people say to me, hey John, look, I really just want one or two of these or two or three of these because a bunch of these aren't relevant to my business and they're never gonna be relevant to my business. Like, okay, like I get that we didn't design these things to be done like that, but that makes sense. And I created this, I'll be honest, I didn't create this training to make money with it. I created it to help people get better at working with ofs. I have to sell it because that allows me to put it in the hands of more people. And I know that sounds backwards, but if I sell it, then it allows me to run more ads, which allows me to put this in front of more people, which is in the end our goal to create more jobs in the Philippines and to help more employers around the world hire the talent that they need. I have to be able to put it in front of people, I have to be able to run ads. So that's why I'm selling this. However, I'm now making them available to you individually. And so if you want to create training or want to have training for your ofs, but you don't know how to create the training, you don't want to create the training, you don't have time to create the training. The first one uses Aweber as an example. Facebook ads and Instagram ads. Google Ads Lead generation for ebooks, like using ebooks as lead generation. LinkedIn Ads LinkedIn Marketing Pinterest Marketing Podcasting Shopify Video editing using DaVinci Resolve, which is an editor. Video editing using iMovie WordPress Building an attractive and compelling website with WordPress. Those are two different trainings, like how to use WordPress and then how to make a WordPress site functional for a business forum. Commenting and posting, which is something that we do so much. How to promote YouTube videos and influencer lead generation and outreach Outreach campaign. So those are the completed trainings that we have. We also have five more that are coming which include a bunch of WooCommerce trainings and there's five new ones that are coming that should be published really soon.
