John Jonas walks through a free training module for teaching Filipino virtual assistants to create social media content. The system, VA's Made Easy by Deirdre, includes separate videos for employers and assistants. Jonas says training has high ROI: it boosts productivity, trust, and loyalty.

This is episode 154, three easy steps to OFS social media content Creation. So, in this podcast, I'm going to give you a link to some free training that you can give to your OFS that requires very little on your part. So I'm sending this out because it's been requested so, so many times. So I have this system called VA's Made Easy, which is training that you give to your ofs, and we have a whole bunch of different modules there. Today, I'm giving you one of them for free so you can see it. Training in OFS sucks. I don't want to do it. You don't want to do it? No. Nobody wants to train. Training is daunting. It's not very fun to create, but it's. Man, the ROI of it is like a thousand times. It's amazing how effective providing training is. And so whether or not you create the training or we create the training doesn't really matter. It just. Training makes them productive. It gets things done in your business. That link is to a single document which contains links to two other documents. That document that you're gonna get is a description of. Of this training which teaches your OFS how to create social media content for you. It also teaches you so that in that document is a link to a video for you and a link to a video for them. The video for you teaches you kind of what they're going to do and what your role in that is, what you need to give to them, what you can fill out for them to help them create this content for you. And then the second link, you give that link to your ofs, and that link is going to have a video of training for how to create this content, things that they should do, things that they should ask you, types of content they can create, all of it for social media. And it's pretty good. It's a pretty good training that makes creating this content easy for you. And this one was created by a friend of mine, Deirdre, and she has her OFS with working on some of the training and she does some of the training and it's their system for how they create social media content.
