So I get a lot of people listening to this podcast who have never hired someone in the Philippines. And I've had people tell me, hey, I've listened to every single episode and now I'm ready to start hiring someone. Like, great, get out and hire someone. So I recently stumbled upon this post by one of our longtime customers, Ziv Raviv, where he talked about hiring ofs, and he talked about how he uses online jobs to do it and how he's used one VAOA to do it. How he was hiring for years before I came out with one vaoa, and then he went through one vaoa and it really helped his hiring. And it was really cool for me to see the endorsement. And we found lots and lots of posts like this over the years. People talking about using onlinejobs ph and how they've hired people. And it's really, really great. But what I really loved about this post from Ziv was his spin on how he finds great people in the Philippines because he does it different than I do, slightly. So I'm not going to cover his whole thing because he wrote the blog post so that people would read his stuff, right? So I'm going to link to it here. But I love the result here that I taught Ziv some things about how to hire and I provided on the platform and he went out and figured out what works for him and what works better than what I taught him, which is so awesome. And this is what I want you to do. I want you to take what I've taught and go out and adapt it to your style, to your management, into your business and hire someone and then tell people about it. Like, how are you doing this? How are you doing this better than what I'm doing? And share it with me too, because I love. I love to learn it.
