Hello and welcome to the Secret Sauce of Outsourcing Podcast, the podcast that's dedicated to making you better at outsourcing your work. My name is John Jonas, and this is episode 29. It's Thanksgiving. Are you thankful for your OFS? So today is November 25, 2021, and it's Thanksgiving Day here in the U.S. and on this Thanksgiving Day, at least in the U.S. it's Thanksgiving. I'm thankful for a lot of things. I'm thankful for my family, I'm thankful for my country, I'm thankful for my business, thankful for Jesus Christ. I'm thankful for my house and where I live. I thankful for snow and excited for it to start falling again. Thankful for my bike. I'm thankful for my OFS team. There's a lot more things I could go on and on. So my question for you, I'm gonna keep this super short today because it's Thanksgiving. Are you thankful for your ofs? And have you told them that letting them know that you appreciate their work goes a long way? It's one of the things I try and do regularly. I will send an email to maybe to someone that I don't have a lot of interaction with because their job is the same thing every day. And there's not a lot for them to say to me, and there's not a lot for me to say to them. And every once in a while I just say, you know what? You're amazing, and thank you so much for the work that you do. It really means a lot to me. You help keep our business running. So that's something to consider doing today. Say thank you. Tell them you're thankful for them if you are.
