ALL- NATURAL STANDING Birth Vlog 2022 *Fast and Intense* Second Baby

A first-person YouTube birth vlog (Feb 2, 2022) documenting Jess and Jonathan Cronin during the fast, intense, second-child labor and delivery of their daughter Ava. The transcript captures timing and logistics (contraction spacing ~6–7 minutes; arrival and ~15-minute room stay until birth; clock references), family interactions with son Kai, and faith-centered reflections on birth and the meaning/name of the baby.

February 2, 2022.
About 7:00 PM; a specific reference says 7:19 PM.
About six to seven minutes apart.
About 15 minutes in the room before delivery.
Ava.
All right, so tonight may be the night. It is February 2, 2022, and Jess is having some pretty intense contractions. What's going on? What are you feeling?
I just had a contraction. Just trying to get ready. Kai's super tired. He had a long day. So it's a lot different when you have a kid. You have to think about, like, I'm literally changing a poopy diaper while having a contraction. That was an experience to remember. I'm so excited. Like, I know it's gonna be intense, like crazy. Like, at times painful, but, like, I felt so close to the Lord so many times in my life, but birth is definitely one of those times where you just, like, feel so. So connected to the heart of the Lord and so dependent on God, like, because you're so. Just out of. Out of control of your own body and, like, what your body's doing. So it's beautiful and I love it. Kai, I love you so much. I love you so much. You pay for mama. No, give mama kiss now over here. Give me mama. Give mama kiss right here. Give mom a kiss. He wants to kiss me on the phone. Okay, give him a kiss.
Kai was just scream crying because he couldn't. Daddy wouldn't let him have the video camera, even though he would probably eat it. Is that what you really want to do with this? You want to eat it? We are walking out the door right now. It's game time. It's 7 o' clock at night. I believe we're gonna take little Kai to his Aunt Anna's and goes to the hospital. Jess is having contractions about, what, six minutes apart?
Yeah, like six or seven minutes apart, I think.
How do they feel?
Great.
Yeah. If you're wondering how it feels, it feels great.
Yeah. Just like surfing a wave.
Kai, what's going on? What's going on?
You don't know?
You don't know. You can see him in the mirror. There you are. Oh, having one. So it's 7:19 right now, so we'll need to figure out when the next one is about.
This earlier is like. Like being close, like, to the heart of the Lord. Like, I just think Jesus, like, because he suffered, you know, it's like he's so close to those that are suffering. I like how Stephen had this, like, open encounter with Jesus.
Yeah.
Like in the midst of being stoned, it's like, I feel like women get to experience that.
Yeah. Wow.
I think I'm having another one. Drink lots of water. Okay.
Big essential.
Big essentials. Make sure you have your water bottle with a straw because it's so much easier to drink through straw when you're head down in the game.
Jess is gonna kill it.
Okay, well, they're pretty close together, so I think we should probably go inside. Have this baby inside side, not in the car. You know, like, nervous my water is going to break when I get out of the car. Still have another one.
No way.
Oh, go.
Ready?
Yeah.
Walking around makes it come faster. Feel like when you're relaxed, it slows down a little bit. I love you. All right, guys, we are on the way to walk in right now through the labor and delivery entrance.
Here we go.
We're not supposed to record, see if it's open, so we'll see what happens.
We got a call. They got a pink phone.
No.
I'm so glad you came in.
Look, if they don't hurry up, Jess is going to start pushing out here in the lobby.
Don't make me do it. Don't make me do it.
They're over here making us sit out. They better come get us. How you feel? Feel good. All right.
To go through a major interview about every area of my life.
Really? What does she ask you?
If I have running water at my house? I don't remember all these questions last time.
My mom's here. Say, hey, Mom. Guys, I just realized I have a bump in my nose. You see that thing? Oh, it's so ugly. Jess, comfort me.
Okay, bye.
It's been like 30 minutes of waiting in this room. Not me, but at least Jess. Jess is feeling the contractions come. I think there's another. I think there's another. Another delivery happening right now. So it's after hours, and there's not a whole lot of nurses. I just want to go ahead and let you know that because you may see a baby birth by dad. Dad. Dad. Dad might deliver the baby by himself. It.
Pull this one out. I feel like she's about to come out. My water's breaking.
Hey, Ava. Oh, she's so beautiful.
So I'm sitting on the edge of the bed, and then all of a sudden, like, this one contraction was like. I just feel like. It was like my body just was like I'm pushing, and then my water breaks. I feel like warm liquid all over. And then as soon as my water broke, it was like she's slipping, sliding out. Like, she's like, I'm taking this water water park ride. I'm like. I feel her head. She's coming you. What did I say? I think I said she's coming.
Y' all are going too.
Y' all are going too slow. Like, I think I was able to get that out. And then. Yeah, I literally, like, I'm pushing, and I feel her head, like, just sliding out. And she was like, try not to push. Try not to push. I'm like, she's coming. Like, there's no stopping this.
The nurse is on the phone trying to get the. The midwife to come in the room. Like, she's like, okay, stop. Don't. Don't push. She probably called her three times to try to get her in here asap. Help.
Sees the babies. He's like, help. So get in here. Yeah, it was insane. I was not. I. I, like, still feel kind of in shock because it was so fast.
So we were in this room for a total of, like, 15 minutes, and the baby was here. Baby was like that or said skin to skin.
Yes.
Like, it was insane. So second birth, it gets faster. It gets crazier.
Yeah. I'm glad we fit in here.
Mm. And now baby Ava is sleeping. Baby Ava sleeping. She had a big day today.
Her big debut.
She made her big debut today.
Honestly, I just want to say pray and believe for supernatural birth, because, man, the Lord will do it, but you have to pray and you have to believe.
Come on. And then you get one of these. You need a baby. I love you. I love you. I don't think Kai was as good.
No, he was pretty fussy.
Kai, when you watch this, Sorry. Ava is sweeter than you. And cheers. So what's crazy is she was born on 22 22. And I'm actually. My birthday this year will be February 2nd, 2222. And we've always had kind of this theme of like 2:22, but Isaiah 22:22 says, which is 2:2:22. For her, I will place on his shoulder the key to the house of David. What he opens, no one can shut. And what he shuts, no one can open. So powerful like the prophetic over Ava is that of the keys to the kingdom that she would walk as a woman of God and as a woman of power.
Ava means mother of life. And also means lively and like a sound.
We're parents of two now. A brother and a sister. We're so excited, guys. It's gonna be fun. New adventures for the Cronin Crew. For the Cronin Crew.
Dada's doing some skin to skin.
Yeah.
She's on the new.
He's like, dad's night.
She looks so upset.
She secretly loves it.
Dear girl.
She got this bracelet they gave her for free, y'. All. She's had the black tarpaul. She's had three black tar food, dude. Straight up. Like tar on the road. It's what they make, tar.
They collect it here.
Yeah, we had to put it in the tar bucket. All right, everybody. We love you guys. We'll see you later.
It.
