Jonathan Cronin shows how Tim, a sales guy, closed 88 units across two deals by partnering with his team instead of going solo. The core idea: leverage the connections and resources you already have rather than building everything from scratch.
Tim is newer to this, had sales, background, experience. But again, you know, sharp guy, digs in, takes advantage of the opportunity and the information. Partners or connects together within the group. That's key, too, working together, not trying to be the solo. Like, there's some of y' all watching right now. You're going to be the Lone Ranger. Praise God. Even Lone Ranger had Tonto. And so it's like by being a part of the group, having that additional resource and connection, but then, you know, kind of a throwaway comment, but just it's like I just took what was there and then implemented it. It's like kind of, you know, that's something that's powerful, like, in a real way. Most human beings, including myself, many years ago, you want to try to create your own wheel.
