How a God-Centered Life Can 10X Your Business Success

Jonathan Cronin describes how centering his business on God and biblical principles led to a 10x income increase in two months. He credits networking, mentorship, and spiritual disciplines, sharing how a ministry donation led to a business partner and how he doubled his auto glass shop from $500K to $1M in two months.
Today I'm going to talk about how I 10x my income in 2 months using these biblical principles. And that may sound wild, but I met my business partner right after he donated a house to our ministry. So I was running a ministry helping ladies out of trafficking. He donated a house. And I immediately saw that. And I said, man, that would. That's amazing. What an amazing gift to be able to donate a house. And I'm sure some of you say, man, I'd love to donate a house to ministry. I'd love to be able to get in a place where I could do that. Well, because of that moment, because of the interactions afterwards, I was able to see massive success and acceleration in my business. And here's how me and him immediately took over a business. You know, I started talking to him, learning how he's doing everything, and I got inspired. We took over an auto glass shop. It was doing around $500,000 a year. We immediately, within two months, doubled the pace, okay, to hit a million, okay? Same thing happened. I was doing well in real estate, doing well in single family rentals, Airbnbs. I got around him, saw he was doing multifamily large value added apartments, immediately changed vehicles, got in there. Same thing happened, okay? So now instead of working with thousands, working with millions, right? And making millions. So instead of making thousands and making millions, the big thing here, okay, number one, seek wisdom above everything else. And this, you know, you think about how do I network better, how do I get around people like that? It stems from the place of being rooted in how do I seek wisdom above all else. The Bible, the scripture is very clear that wisdom should be sought after more than just about anything, right? You should seek wisdom above all else. And here's the thing, in fact, I want to share, you know, a quote I just heard from a multi millionaire that that has done really well. He said the difference in the top business leaders, the top 1% of business leaders in the bottom 99%, it is not a. A superior market advantage. It is a superior information advantage. So it's not some. They were born with it. It was not some kind of like, you know, luck or whatever. Now, I will say there, there may be an aspect of God's blessing or luck, but it is more so that they know things that other people don't. It's not their market position, it's their information position. They understand things, they learn things. So, number one thing, go after Wisman. And here's the thing. I want to share a story for two lumberjacks boat work, 9 to 8 to 5, trying to cut wood, trying to hit their quota. And how much would they cut? One of them goes off for the day or goes off for an hour every single day, shows up after an hour and he actually produces more wood than the other guy who works straight through the day. Okay, one guy works straight through the day. One guy goes off for an hour, shows up and he actually does more. The other guy that was working all day just this happens day after day. And he's wondering, how is this guy producing more wood? How is he doing that? He's going away for an hour. I'm working longer hours. He's going away. I don't know what he's doing. And then finally he asked the guy, what are you doing with that out? He says, oh, I. That's when I go sharpen my axe, right? So he's going and working less, but he's sharpening his axe. And that is the key. Okay, so what are you doing to go sharpen your axe? Wisdom is the key to that. Preparation is the key to that. Who, you know, who are you in the room with? That is what makes the difference. Okay, number two, biggest principle here. Okay, number two, you must understand that. And we're going to talk about Solomon after this. In the next video, we're going to talk about the richest man who ever lived. They say his net worth would be around $2.2 trillion in today's money. King Solomon. And we're going to break down his story in just a little bit or in the next video. But number one thing, God, sinner versus his incentive or even family centered or self centered, whatever that is for you. The world wants to tell you it's better that you focus on yourself or focus on family as a priority or focus on all this stuff. And that's fine. I get it. Totally get. Some of you are watching this, think I just want a better life for my family. That's the. My key driver. I promise you, if you flip this and say no, my key driver is God centered versus business, a family center. Look at this. This is my little girl right here. Ava said, hey. You say hey, this is my little girl. So she came running here. She's not supposed to be here. But this is, I believe, just a moment because it's exactly what I'm talking about. Would you. Would it be better for you to skip you to sleep more? Right. Because we're thinking about optimization in terms of business. I want to make sure I'm able to optimize for my business and to be able to see it accelerate the most. And I want to double down on my time. But would it be better to skip your prayer time in the morning to get more sleep? Right? And I know you may say, well, obviously not right. But this is a. This is a topic that we so often don't think about or we forget about, right? It. It. Would it be better for you to spend more time with family than to spend time in Frick, right? If you had to choose one or the other, I promise you it's played out time and time again. Or would it be better to have a business where. Or would it be better to close a deal and have a little white lie instead of telling the truth and potentially risk losing that deal? Right? So you have to ask yourself this. But I promise you, if there's one thing I can say about my life and the success I've had is that you will be more successful if you center your entire life around Jesus, around making sure you're in tune with him and friend.
