The benefit of being a board member is being with a tight knit group. Almost like the Justice League. It's the chosen few getting connected with.
Like minded individuals who are on the same journey as you. But not only that, getting to learn from individuals who are further in the journey than you.
The boardroom membership gives you access to networking, but it's access to experience.
When I started, I had no experience in apartments whatsoever. And I was able to purchase my first apartment building thanks solely to the education and mentorship that I got in the REI group. Aside from the mentorship that you get on a daily basis with the coaches, being able to engage with the other students in the group, people that are capital raisers, deal finders, that motivation, that extra support helped put everything together. And I don't think I would have been able to get my first apartment complex without the support from the group.
God's put you here for a reason. You will succeed. This is a mastermind that truly practices what it preaches in terms of being Christ centered. In proverbs it says a wise man builds an inheritance for his children's children. So in a mastermind like this, we're all just focused on how can we pool our resources together, pool capital together, and steward what God's given us to further the kingdom and further the impact that we're called to on this earth.
