I'm super excited. Closed my first apartment deal yesterday after just a long time of following all the videos and just trusting the process and working on all of the different steps at the same time. Sourcing deals vas off market private money at the same time, just like working all the different angles, talking to property managers, lenders. I'm just excited. I, you know, shout out to Jonathan for the group and to my coach, Chris and Lena and Bo and Ricardo and oh, and Lisa and the list could go on and on and just excited to get this first deal under my belt.
