Interest Rates Are Still High… But Smart Investors Are Doing This

People that were hoping interest rates were going to be coming down. That's probably not the case in the near term. We've been talking about that to, you know, our list and our people and stuff for quite some time over the last 18 months. And you know what that means is in the housing market. Yeah, not 7%, but maybe it's six and a half, 6.4 somewhere there like that. You could buy the rate down, you know, so that's what we're going to have to live with right now. And then on the multifamily front, that probably also means opportunity.
