Hey everyone, it's Jonathan Cronin. I'm here with my friend Larry Kite, my beautiful bride Jessica. We are so excited to share that we are partnering together to create something that I believe is going to bless a lot of people to give you some backstory, you know, if you don't know me, I've been in ministry for about 10 years or more. And through that and in the context of ministry, God's led me to start many businesses and run several businesses including coffee shops and women's product line and different things and with a big emphasis of real estate. And so recently we felt the Lord tell us to bring together a group of people who have the same mind who are pursuing real estate as well. And so we are creating a mastermind for high level real estate investors. So I am so excited to share. We're partnering with Larry and he's got a lot of experience in this.
Jonathan's providing the energy and the brains for the situation. But I do have a lot of experience in real estate, probably 15 years investing. We started out buying houses, creating a rental portfolio and have evolved into commercial real estate. We currently have about $30 million assets under management. Also have a house flipping business. We get about 5 to 10 contract over the phone locally and flip those houses while we also are acquiring more commercial assets and mostly multi family. You know, single family houses are great, but with multi family it creates more opportunities to invest passively and to partner with people. And you can really chop the deal up where you know, someone can bring the money, someone can handle the operations, someone can find a deal and you.
