I didn't ever expect to have this level of success with apartment buildings. I had started off with single family homes, duplexes and triplexes, but apartment buildings are a whole different ball game. It's very complicated to acquire an apartment building and take one on. And it takes a lot of coordination, it takes a lot of planning and it takes a lot of help to do that. The number one key to my success, of course, was God. He enabled my success from beginning to end. Of course, you already have to be ready to take decisive action as well. A willingness to act is absolutely essential. It's also important to have a great team around you. First and foremost your family and then also your church. And beyond that, I had a great team with REI Accelerator as well. We're going to continue to bring value to the Hillsborough portfolio property. As we see it, good stewardship is absolutely key to any financial success. In the last eight months, we've been able to hit target rents in nearly 70% of the portfolio. And that's the way we're going to continue to move forward. So as we see it, the way forward is to continue to bring those improvements. We seek to take the lessons that we've learned here and apply them to more and more investments and growth for the future.
