🎯 The Power of Focus

A construction analogy shows why focusing on one repeatable thing beats chasing variety. Build cookie-cutter houses with a team that scales, not million-dollar custom homes that trap you doing everything yourself.

I think one of the biggest things that I shared with you earlier was the focus, the singular nature of focus that's key, right? Like if you like, I'm going to go hunt down storage, I'm going to hunt down this, I'm going to do some of that, I'm going to do some of this, I'm going to do some of that. It's like you're probably going to struggle to get much done, you know, and that was one of the things that early on that I learned with the houses, right? It was better to take a smaller chunk, a cookie cutter house and then be able to do more cookie cutter houses with team than it was for me to do million dollar homes where I had to be intricately involved in all the stuff. So I think, you know, yes, you may have the skills to be able to do that, but it's not about that. It's about developing the skills to develop the team and, you know, be able to progress forward.
