Wolfe contends ineffective, outdated leadership and leaders motivated for the wrong reasons drive dissatisfaction and departures.

Why are we seeing a flood of young workers leaving companies wanting to be self employed? You know, they say, I want to be my own boss. Like that's a problem. I think in reality, they don't want to necessarily be their own boss. They just want to love their job. They just want to love the leader that they're serving. That's the problem. So more than ever, we have ineffective leaders leading with outdated tactics and aren't even in it for the right reasons.
