A short motivational talk (YouTube) by Jonathan Cronin promising two keys to create generational wealth. The speaker emphasizes scalability as essential to long-term business success, defines scalability as capacity to change scale (profitably), and gives a core rule: “if it is not predictable, it is not scalable,” linking predictability to repeatability and distinguishing businesses from hobbies.
If you cannot scale, you will die. My partner and I run several businesses making over eight figures a year. And even amongst the wealthiest people in the world, they all understand this one concept I'm about to share with you. I'm going to give you two keys that if you put these two things into place, you will be able to create generational wealth. Not just a one time blow up. Number one, and what is scalability? First off, what's the definition of scalability? It means the capacity to change in scale or size, you know, and I would add profitably for that math. You want to put these things into practice. Number one, write this down. I always say if it is not predictable, it is not scalable. The highest leaders, the best leaders out there understand systems and that is one of the biggest keys to making them successful. Okay? If it's not predictable, it's not scalable. If it's not repeatable, it's not predictable. You just have a hobby, not a business.
