Jonathan Cronin explains why hiring more salespeople often backfires: it exposes hidden problems like turnover and broken processes. Instead of hiding failures, he says to embrace the chaos and use breakdowns to fix what's actually broken.
But the thing is, you can easily hire some closers and setters and hire some account managers, and then scale. But what you don't understand is how much of your current systems will break along the way. So maybe you hire two closers, and then. And the next thing you know, one account manager quits and things like that. That's. That happens. So the key here is it's like, you know, I used to have to, like, encourage my clients all the time, like, embrace chaos. Like, understand that systems break, everything will break. And that's kind of what you want, because the goal is, until you reach that peak, until you get to that point where something breaks, you don't really know the solution. But once you're there, it kind of becomes obvious. So, again, embrace chaos as a catalyst for growth and scalability.
