This ONE Thing Will Make You a Millionaire Faster Than You Think

Jonathan Cronin argues that speed wins in business. Focus on the 20% of activities that produce 80% of results, say no to everything else, and reinvest your gains into systems and people. He shifted from managing individual Airbnbs to building a real-estate community to pool capital and source deals, which accelerated his portfolio growth.
Speed is king. You've probably heard the same before, but in business, it couldn't be more true. Today I want to talk to you about how do you actually accelerate results in your business? How do you implement speed to get where you want to go to hit your goals faster? Okay. And the principle that I'm going to talk about is called the one thing. If you haven't read the book, Gary Keller talks about the one thing. But I'm going to talk to you from a perspective in general, because this can apply to real estate investing, it can apply to business, your portfolio. But I primarily want to talk to you today about the thing you're doing right now and how to apply that into your business. Okay. Some of the wealthiest people in the world. And I'm not going to make a case for, you know, diversifying your portfolio or not diversifying. Now, I do kind of err on the side of not, at least in the beginning. And you can watch Warren Buffett on his take on why you should not diversify. But the principle applies to your life as well. And if you watched our recent video that just came out about vision and how to incorporate vision into your business, how to become passionate, you've already set the foundation. I would say, if you haven't seen that, go check that out first. But your passion, what are the things you're most passionate about? What are the things in your business that are driving most of the results? You know, they say 20% of your effort is driving 80% of the results, right? So if you were to cut out 80% of your effort and just focus on the 20%, give all your time to that 20%, you're going to see exponential increase in results. Right? And the caveat to all of this, if you implement this principle today, which I did, and it radically changed my life, if you implement this, you've got to be okay with chaos. And that may sound wild, but if you forsake areas of the business or areas of your life that are things you're currently spending your time on so that you can give all your time to the one or two things that are really driving most of the results or that you're really, really passionate about, you got to understand that in the immediate forefront, you're going to have chaos in the background. And you've got to be okay with that. Okay? But the reality is, if you give all your time to the biggest things and highest potential ideas and the things you're most passionate about, you will 10x that quickly. You will be able to See the results of that pay off. And then you'll be able to put people in place, put systems in place to take care of the things that you were doing before. Okay? So that is the principle, the one thing. And so action steps, put, write down what are those things that's driving most of the results? What are you most passionate about? Go look at that. And you've got to make a strong decision to start going all in on one thing and saying no to the other things. Okay? So that is critical. Everything will be chaotic, but you will see results. You will see fruit. For me, I'll give you an example. I was investing in real estate, and I still invest in real estate. But the thing that started driving, that I saw had the highest potential to increase my real estate portfolio was networking, okay? Creating a group of people that are coming together, pulling money together, that are. That are connecting daily and doing deals, finding deals together. That is the one thing I went all in on. And so I had to forsake things like my Airbnbs, all the things that were. That were kind of in the background, that didn't have as much potential. And I went all in on creating this community, and it exponentially changed everything. Because why? We had more deals coming to the table. We had more capital coming to the table, so we could do more deals than I could if I were just focused on my current properties or finding deals myself or raising capital by myself. Hope that helps. I hope that makes sense. What is your one thing? What is the one thing that you're going to focus on? I promise you, if you do this, you will 10x, maybe even 100x the speed at which you will attain your goals.
