A lot of people ask us, how do you get into deals like this? And I'll say this, the first time I ever saw something like this, I was partnering with my partner Larry, on a another business venture. And I'm in single family. I'm doing Airbnb, I'm doing all kind of stuff, single family rentals. And I'm doing great. I've replaced my income all within, like, two years. And then I'm watching him do these types of deals and in 15 months, be able to do 1 million, $2 million on not just this one, but several.
