Alright, this one is "O Holy Night" from the album "Softly Christmas." You can get the piano book or you can just watch it or read it on your iPad if you download the PDF. So this song really is quite simple and really fairly basic. It's just an easy— there's a couple little spots in here I might talk through But for the most part, this is going to be a relatively easy one. You just have to make— you got to get your brain into kind of autopilot mode on some of these things. We're going to— you got to just let your left hand just kind of get into that pattern and stay there, and then let your right hand do the work. Okay. Okay, so, um, this part where you have this— not really hard, just a C arpeggio. Okay, but you have to do it— you, you You saw how I just kind of played it as it was just soft and going, and I didn't work really hard after that. It's just part of the song. So this section I really like. Um, so all we've done is we're just going to move down an octave here, but we're going to let some— if you've got a really nice piano like this one that has nice big booming bass This is going to be really fun to play. You could feel it. Um, so anyway, we'll play through this. Okay, so we've gotten into a section here that's just a little bit different. Uh, we're going to start rolling and, and, and making it a little more flowy. I'm actually adding a few notes there, but what we're doing is we're doing this that I do a lot, this 2 over 3. Left hand's playing a 3, this one's playing a 2. Okay, so just add that into that. So again, you get loud in a couple spots in there, right? Again, it's still— even though it's loud, it's still softly crisp, right? You're not going nuts. You could play it in— do you hear the difference? Playing the same notes. It's like, it's like your bass level is soft and you go high, but it wants to pull you back in. You got a rubber band tied to your soft meter, right? And so anytime you go up, right, it pulls me back down, right? This is always pulling me back down.
