A walkthrough of the intermediate piano piece "Teach Me to Walk in Light" from A Sunday Afternoon. The main challenge is a syncopated right-hand melody trading off with simple left-hand chords. The piece spans just over four pages and is otherwise straightforward and fun to play.

All right, this next song in A Sunday Afternoon, this new piano book, is called Teach Me to Walk in Light. And, um, it's a classic song. Uh, it's 4 pages long, a little more than 4. I hate it when I write a song and it just doesn't make sense. You have one, one bar here at the end, or one— yeah, um, it'd be really nice, or one line, it'd be really nice if it lined up better, but it didn't, and no big deal. So here we go, we're gonna play through this, and I don't think This one, yeah, I might have a part in here that's a little bit difficult. Again, I still call this intermediate with something in here. We'll see how that is. I'll stop and talk about it as I go through it. Okay, so this part is a little bit trickier, uh, just got a little bit kind of back and forth between between the right and the left hand. The good news is about this section is that it's really, really easy chords, and I don't change the notes a lot in the left hand. The, the right hand is playing the melody, but it's kind of syncopated like this, so Very simple, really. Overall, pretty simple song. That one section in there might have you practicing a little bit, but it's just kind of fun. That's kind of what it's doing with a couple extra notes in there. But anyway, not too hard. Um, Teach Me to Walk on the Light.
