π¨βπ« Guest Masterclass: Our Inner Cyclical Seasons & Menstruality w/ Zahava Rose

Zahava Rose teaches menstrual cycle awareness through four inner seasons: winter, spring, summer, and autumn. She guides participants through each phase's energetic qualities, shares poems and embodiment practices, and offers self-care tasks like rest and discernment to help you plan and create in sync with your cycle.
Yeah.
And other people might watch this video too.
Yeah, exactly. So it'll be. I'm happy to make it more of a discussion and whatever you feel comfortable sharing, you can and. But welcome to Sensuality Workshop. I'll be. Yeah. I'm Jahaba. So happy that you're here. And for anyone who's. Who's watching the recording, just to start off with, I know it's just the two of us right now, but it just would be great to just hear a little bit about what brought you here and if you'd like to share what your inner weather feels like right now. So.
Yeah.
So cyclical awareness and menstrual awareness is a very present topic for me in my life. I literally am starting to plan all of my life's activities around it. And that began by just putting the. The phase that I was in as like, a. A word on my calendar. So it'd be like ludal. And it would show the bar of, like, when all of that was. And then I was like, okay, well, that's not enough. Like, what does that actually mean? And then I would go deeper into that. And now I've got a whole cyclical planning book that I'm going off of. And I just recognize that this work for me is the difference between being able to feel grounded and balanced and whole and able to take action on my dreams or feeling totally dysregulated and out of balance and incapable of building my dreams. And so, yeah, I. I keep telling Johnny I'm like, cyclical living is the way. And I'm just really excited to hear. Learn more about it from your perspective. And my inner weather, I am day 12 and I woke up feeling I almost got too much sleep, and now I feel really groggy and foggy and just slightly off. But it's Monday and so there's this, like, amped energy of like, gotta go, but also a desire to. Not to still just rest a little bit more. I'm glad that this is how I'm starting my day, my week.
Thank you for sharing. I'm all about the cyclical living. I'm going to share a little bit more afterwards of why I'm doing this work, but my inner weather right now, I am day 25 in my cycle, which is a premenstrual phase, which I'll also be talking more about. And I definitely felt that I feel like it was cloudy with a bit of sun coming in. Like, there's an overcast. So I definitely feel that cloudy time where I'm Going inward. But there's like this kind of recognition. Someone's welcoming yet recognition of seeing beyond the veil as well. That sunlight, like that visioning that's already started. See someone. Lucy has just joined us. Hi, Lucy.
Hi, Lucy.
Can you hear us? Lucy, you're muted, but I think you're with us. I'm not sure if you can hear. Can you hear us?
Yep.
Welcome. We just started. Welcome. We're just sharing what brought us here and how we're feeling right now. If you would like to share anything just to ground into the space and it's just the two of us. So we're going to have more of a discussion instead of. But you're also welcome to chat right in the chat box if you're more comfortable with that.
Awesome.
Is there anything you'd like to share or you want to just. The next is a grounding practice. So there's no pressure at all. You could share at any time.
I don't know if you can hear me.
Yeah.
Yeah. Awesome. So my laptop is just doing all sorts of things. Hi, guys. So good to be here now. Really excited. I've been kind of like working with the psychologist in terms of my training and it's been such an interesting exploration to kind of see how like the phases come and go and what your body wants to be doing and doesn't want to be doing. So. Yeah, I thought this is such a cool way to explore.
Yeah.
Even like internal emotional states and how they come cyclically and how it changes for us and. Yeah. So I'm just really excited to try them.
Great. Happy you could be here. Thank you for sharing. So we're just going to ground into this space with just one big breath. Just filling our stomachs up as much as we can. For seven, hold for three and exhale. For eight. Just be present here in our bodies. Breathe in five, three, two, one. And hold. Three, two, one, and exhale. There are your mouth or your nose, whatever. It feels more natural. 3, 2, 1. Thank you for being here, your body in this little corner of the Internet with me. So I'm introduce myself. I'm Zahava. I'm from New York and I've been on my own personal healing journey where I couldn't walk for three days every month. And for about two years it was like really, really rough and my whole nervous system was just completely dysregulated. And without taking any medication, I just started doing this menstrual cycle awareness and I no longer have pain. And that's why I feel so passionate about this work. I still experiencing fatigue and moving through my own personal healing. This nervous system mastery course has been fantastic with deepening my understanding as well. But yeah, it's an ongoing journey, always new things, new ways of getting deeper and deeper into it. But I do feel like the menstrual cycle has been a key access point for me in regulating myself and honoring the different cycles that I've been experiencing. I've just completed a training with Vet School, which all the teachings I'll be sharing will be based off of this book, Wild Power by my teachers Shani Hugo and Alexandra Pope to the Red School. And I've been also training with the Child foundation to work with girls and their mothers and caretakers. And I was an educator teaching sex ed and English in Brooklyn for five years in middle school and saw that this huge gap with this work as well. So I'm really excited to be going deeper into it, to continuously be sharing it. Today, what we'll be doing is what and why? Menstrual Cycle awareness. Anytime you see mca, that's menstrual cycle awareness and what that is. And I'm going to be explaining it through the archetypal framework of the four seasons. And we're going to go into the four phases of the cycle in each of the seasons. And every time I go through it, I'll be sharing a poem, there'll be a music meditation to just embody what the season means, and then we'll have a closing. So this is the framework that I'm going to be teaching right now. It's just an introduction of it. We can go really deep into each of these phases. And there's three archetypal frameworks that the Red School teaches, which is the vias, which is this outer realm where we go either inside or outside focused. And then there's the inner season, which is the four phases of the menstrual cycle in reflection of the four seasons of the year. Then there's the five Chambers of menstruation, where we could go in depth within the days that we bleed with menstruation. And I'm only going to be talking about the end of seasons today. What is cycle awareness? The energetic skeleton that supports you as you get to know as you get to know your own nature and grow into your wild power. The menstrual cycle is your ultimate guide to defending yourself, utterly relishing the full pleasure and authority of being a woman. These are both quotes from the book, Something Blocking me from seeing so what is Psycho. What do we do? First event. Is there any questions so far from anything that I've been sharing about what will be going over today? Feel good?
No, that's all good. It's awesome.
Good. Okay. Yeah. So I'm going to be just speaking a little bit at first, and then we're going to go into our bodies. I just want to give this framework so we're. So cycle awareness is. Allows us to know and value our unique patterns, moods, energies throughout our cycle. So our cycle is 25 to 30 days. And it's getting to know the way that we're shifting and we're moving and we're bringing the innately cyclical nature of life back to our daily lives. The cyclical living is about. It's by responding and reacting according to what we're seeing when we're doing cycle awareness. And there's a lot of different ways of tracking our cycle, which would be a completely different workshop in itself, but it's just. Just understanding that this is a practice. It's something that we can tune into every single day. Not just the few days that we bleed every month, but it's the whole cycle. And we live in such a linear world. And menstrual cycle awareness connects us to the nature of the world around us. And that's why we're also going to be using seasons as the framework that holds this. And it's recognizing that every day is a new landscape and that we're moving through the ebbs and flows of nature the same way that nature is constantly shifting, that things around us are shifting, that we can control. Control. So are these things. So are the hormonal shifts and psychological and emotional shifts within our bodies. And if we don't have a natural cycle, so we could always tune in with the moon cycle. And then another small note that I won't be touching on too much today, but there's also crossover days when we recognize different times within the shift within our cycle. So I'll be talking about those four seasons, the four phases, and in between those, in between those, there's opportunities of recognizing when we are also shifting. So that it could get very detailed and we could recognize the vulnerabilities and the strengths within. So this is the essence of our genius. So with menstrual cycle awareness, we're going to the bottom of the iceberg. The top of the iceberg is the physiological. It's what we can see, it's what we understand. It's the taboos, it's the pms. It's like, you know, it's eating chocolate and you know, at the, you're crazy at this time of month. Oh, you know, it's all the things that we hear within our society, the things that seem obvious to us. It's the premenstrual symptoms that we see out of nowhere maybe and the things that we seemingly make sense of because of the way that we're taught or the way that we've been understanding ourselves within society. But we're actually, with this practice and this framework, we're going beneath the surface. And it's not about what we think we should be feeling at these times or what we think we should be doing or what society is telling us is wrong with us or diagnosing us or whatever way, but it's about how do you really feel in every moment, in every day and using this framework to access that realness, that truth, to declare that part of yourself. And that's where our unique genius is as well. So by going deeper and deeper into the iceberg, the unknown essence, the mystery of us, that's where our creative power is. That's where we see through the vulnerability and we're able to access our unique genius. So that's also connected to why, why are we doing this? Why would we have cycle awareness? If you move at the pace of your body, you can unlock fullness of your power. This is all about co regulation, which we learned a lot about in nervous system regulation and about the inner rhythms and our environment and all the shifts. You can grow power through this awareness. And we're building this inner container to hold your full magnificence. It's a guide to getting your inner landscape and harnessing the power of nature. And it's a fifth vital sign. So there's actually a book and a whole teaching around this. Now when we go to doctors, they do ask us go to the hospital, they say, when was your last bleed? Because it actually gives us insight and feedback over our whole overall well being. So just as our blood pressure and our heart rate, our menstrual cycle is such an important part of getting to know ourselves holistically. And it's a template for creative process and actualizing your calling. So we can use this framework to actually understand their creative cycles as well. So and it could support informed choices so we understand, like, why do I feel this way now? And yesterday I felt this way and stop thinking what's wrong with me? But like, oh, this makes sense. Like oh, this is part of the pattern that I'm getting to know Myself, my inner landscape, my blueprint. And to observe our emotions instead of identifying with them and recognizing that we are this ever changing emotional being. And to claim your full self. Full self. All of these parts and aspects. Any questions so far? I know I'm speaking about just giving that framework.
No, I love this. I took a screenshot. The one that I love so much is to build the inner container to hold your full magnificence. And I really feel that the more I come into alignment with my natural rhythms, the more I feel like my greatness gets to shine through. And that like ever changing greatness, you know, it's different each day.
Exactly. Yeah. It's a beautiful practice of getting to know the different parts and seeing how we're in partnership with these parts. And that's a lot of inner critic work which can get really juicy in our inner autumn or premenstrual phase, which I will be discussing a little bit more about. So next. Really important. No, really important. The big red rule is your own experience, triumph. All of this, I'm sharing an archetypal framework. But we all have our own cycle. And just understanding this framework is just giving us an access point to then recognize how we fit into this in our unique way. And it's an access point, an entry point to start to understand and tune into our inner cycle. It is not rigid and it is not a rule. It's just one framework to allow us to access it. So the four seasons, we could see it in this cycle as well as we have menstruation, which is our inner winter. The time for resting and reflecting. Days 29 to day 27 to day 5 on average. Also, the average cycle is 25 to 30 days. But so many external factors could influence and shift our cycle. Whether it's traveling or stress or switching off of hormonal birth control. Lots of things. So. But I'm going to just talk about this more generalized framework. But if that's not something that you have, it doesn't mean that it's just a message. Right. Anything that is different from what I'd be sharing is a message for yourself if you need to, what it's like for you. The follicular stage is our inner spring. It's prepare. A great time to prepare and plant. Day 6 to day 11, ovulation is our inner summer. So it's the time for nurturing and growing. Days 12 to 19, our luteal phase, they're in our autumn for work and harvesting. Day 20 to 26 on day 25. So I'm like at the cusp of the next season. I might experience a crossover day next. Okay. So in the. So I just want to pay homage to Charlotte. She's a beautiful artist. And this is just an embodied example of every day of the cycle. So this is images from that she took self portraits of every day as she moved through one of her cycles. And we're going to be moving through that, through music and into our own bodies. And it's just an example of how she did this same practice through photography. And there's different ways of capturing and embodying every day of our cycles. It's not just a few days that we're bleeding. So any questions so far before we jump into the seasons? How are you all doing?
All good.
All good. So in our winter, because there's only two of us, you're welcome to just share out, but what are you. Forget about the menstrual cycle right now. Think about the weather and winter and the season of winter. How do we resonate what resonates? What comes up when we entertain the season of winter?
I think for me it's stillness and peace and just really like the sense of cozy inward. I've lived in a lot of mountain towns where it snows and like on those days where it's. The snow is just falling in these big chunks and it's still and it's quiet and all you really hear is like, snow falling off the trees. Like, to me that is winter.
And.
I mean, that's like an ideal winter. It's not actually how I am.
It's a picturesque winter. Yeah. That's interesting that you just said that that's your ideal, but not how you actually are. Yeah, I'm gonna hold on to that. That's really interesting. And Lucy, was anything that you'd like to share about winter and.
What Kelly says resonates a lot. It's a lot of like, introspection being like in your own space. But it feels kind of cozy. It doesn't feel withdrawn, just feels very peaceful, beautiful.
So something to also notice is. So what you both just shared does come up a lot when we think of our menstrual cycle as well in our inner winter of the time that we're bleeding. Right. And like that coziness, that's the soft snow, maybe there's that quiet feeling and also thinking about how we ideally experience it as well as how we're actually feeling it in our bodies. But just to note, we're using the season as a tool right now. So Even if we relate to winter in a certain way, like the actual season of winter, we might have a very different relationship within our inner winter. And we're just using it as, as a way to understand and connect through it because it really does have a lot of overlapping similarities energetically. But it's like we're someone who hates the cold. We might actually still really love our menstruation time, you know, so it doesn't have to be completely aligned. And it's always shifting and changing as well. So as you enter menstruation, it's as if a veil of defensive armor in between you and the spiritual falls away. Your organs of perceptions are cleansed. You can see into and feel experiences, expanded dimension. So the key to inner winter, to unlock the power of inner winter is to rest. To rest. That, that's the key to unlock the power of this inner season. It's a time of surrender. It's a time of, of death and rebirth. So this sacred task that you can do to also access this, to support you and locking that key of rest is to surrender and do nothing to let go. You're dying. A part of yourself is actually shedding. This is the potential of life that is coming out of you. So not only are you dying to something, your veil, the veils are thinning completely. You're able to see and visions might be coming through at this time. You're able to re. This is also this wave of renewal that comes in and then there's a space for rebirth. So we're moving through all of these different energetic spaces within our cave. This is our womb cave. This is the time for self nourishment, for nurturing, for feeling, sensing into what's coming up. So we're saying no to the world. Their inner lights are bright. This is a time when we're really connecting with our relationship with ourselves. And it's not really about how we fit into society and the world around us. It's really about nurturing that inner self and feeling the mother hug from nature and from our own self. So what feels nourishing and nurturing to yourself and taking up that space, the energy of inner windows, stillness, introversion, forgiving, acceptance, release, openness and intuitive. We really can feel what's coming up. Everything is rising within us. Reflections that we see in nature and how nature shows this to us is the cocoon. We see cocoons in nature. The liquefied, like transformation, transmutation that's happening inside of we are becoming liquid. Sometimes we could nests. We see caves Hibernation. Mother Earth giving us what we need to survive. Nice. Just trusting that Mother Earth, that our body. Right, our body is giving us what we need. It's the earth's embrace for us. The ground, whether that might reflect this is rain or snow. The time of day would be midnight. It's the time of the new moon. So if we're cycling with the moon, if we don't have the natural cycle and we're tuning in with the moon, it'd be the new moon would be day one of our cycle tracking. And it's because it's the darkest hour. What happens in that time of darkness, what might come up. A few practices that can be really supportive during this time is earthing. Laying in the earth, actually feeling the earth holding you. Morning sun feeling the sun nourishing you as well. Immersing in water as we're liquefied in our cocoon. So we're thinking about bath, which also relaxes muscles and stimulates the blood flow. It's also we're thinking about the minerals that we're losing. So it's replenishing those as well because we're losing a lot with the blood while we're bleeding. So magnesium and Epsom salts, really helpful. Chocolate, you know, iron foods rich in iron. Warm and hearty foods with those minerals. Journaling and dictation is a really great practice because this is a time for those portals. The visioning that's coming through the veil is thin. We are shedding. We're able to feel a lot of things might be coming up in this time. And if we, we can unlock these visions through the key, which is rest. Rest and doing nothing. And then we can access these things. So hibernating, restore, release, reflect. So any questions about the inner winter? Okay, I'm just going to read you a poem and then we're going to do the embodiment of the new winter. And I'll guide you through just really feeling into the energy. So this is poetry book like this Bleed between the Lines by Stephanie Moore. She's actually in my training with me in the Menstrual Cycle of Leadership program at the Red School. And she the author of this book. Oh, hey. So, so sensitive at the best of times. Then you remove my leaves, leave me naked and exposed to the elements, and it literally feels like I'm bleeding raw soul from my whole body till I actually bleed. She is here. And only then the sweetest release. I'm home. I always feel so really, it's just.
I feel emotional.
Yeah. Yes, her pose. I really. I'll send you links to all the things. So now we're going to move into winter embodiment practice. I'll be playing a song and I'll just guide us through it. You're welcome to move or to sit still. Close your eyes. Whatever feels true for you. For writing. This is about your experience of what inner winter feels like within your body and just feel what comes up for you. And I'll be guiding us through some of it. Well, maybe just take a deep breath, a little stretch as we shift into movement. Sorry. Do you hear the music? No.
You have to do share advanced and do share audio.
Yes. Okay. Do you hear it now?
There it is. Yeah.
Okay, great. Okay. So welcome to your inner winter. The time of rest to feel the mother hug. What does it feel like to slow down? What feels nourishing? What are you releasing? What is dying? What part of you is no longer needed for you to be into your truth? What does it feel like to rest, to surrender, to let go, to hibernate? What's in your cocoon? What feels true for you.
When you.
Surrender, when you hold yourself, when you remember. Remember that you are held, that you can slow down, that you can rest. How does this nourish all the different parts of who you are? What are you rebirthing? What are you welcoming in? What are you gonna create space for? What visions with all the truth? Motherhood, Winter. Let's take one really big breath as we come back into the space, into our bodies, into our present moment outside of our inner winter. Inhale. Five, one. And hold. And out for eight. All the way out. Five, four, two, one. Welcome back. Is there anything that you'd like to share of your experience moving through in the winter? I felt true for you.
Like I just wanted to curl up and be cozy and take a nap. I literally like got into a ball and just like I'm wearing a dress and I like put my knees in the dress and just like with a.
Pillow and like.
Yeah, definitely felt like I wanted to like give myself a big hug. Just like a lot of like touch and just like yeah, gentle touch my arms and just yeah, curling into a little ball and yeah, being with myself.
Yeah, that self nourishment and the self nourishment we could access in so many different ways. Either from self touch or crawling into a ball. And there's the physical things and then the emotional or psychological things is being letting our body and ourselves know it's okay to feel whatever we're feeling in those Moments when we can't be in a ball and like we need to go to work, we need to do other things. And it's just about like having that tuning in to what you just experienced while you're doing everything you need to continue doing in your life even if you're bleeding. So we can experience your inner winter on the go. Right. It's like these have that awareness really shift the way that we move through the things that we're doing with that nourishment and that mother hug we can feel into that. You could open up. You could even just have like a notes open where any visions that come through of moments of rest and just taking that extra breath during those few days that you're bleeding, even if you can't take off from work and be crawled inside your dress. And also just giving ourselves a soft touch throughout the day at different moments and really offering ourselves that rest in whatever way it looks like for us and in the way that it fits into our life. Yeah. Any questions, anything else? And we're moving into a whole new season, spring. So when you think of spring, what resonates? What do you feel in your body? Forget about the menstrual cycle right now. Just springtime, the weather associations, what does the evoke for you?
Kind of like a really fresh day. Maybe it rained a little bit before the sun's coming out and everything's really fresh and sparkling.
Yeah, sparkling fresh.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Like fresh beginnings. It actually felt like spring for me two days ago because it was so warm here and I was just like standing in the sun and I literally felt. It felt like a whole new version of me came online temporarily just by being in the sun and feeling like it was spring and like as if I was on the other side of winter. And it felt so energizing and I felt more social, wanted to be, you.
Know, a little bit more out in the world. I mean I love how that actually is quite aligned to where you're at in the cycle as well. Because you said your day, your day 12 so that actually I'm actually day 16.
I got it wrong. I was looking at the actual day. Today is the 12th.
Day 16.
It's so special to be doing this on 1212 with you as well. Feels like a special, juicy day. Yeah. I mean it is so beautiful when our inner rhythms or the way that we feel is mirrored by the weather around us. Like sometimes it just feels like we are co regulating in that sense and we could feel understood kind of just by our environment. So yeah, but that sparkly, that openness, a bit more social, those are definitely all different energies of our inner spring as well. So you wake up to yourself, and with that your instinct to connect with others is turned on. So exactly what you just shared, Kelly. It's like I feel a little bit more social now. There's a little bit more sunshine. So the key to unlock the superpower, this inner power of spring, is to move tenderly, right? It's like we're having. There's these. The feeling of the light, that of cherish, of innocence. There's this new energy that's coming through. We've just exited the womb space, that mother hug, and we have all of that juiciness wrapped around us. If we really honor their bleeding gave us that rest, that rejuvenation, that renewal, and we're ready to go out in the world. We see the sun shining, we feel sparkly like that. That sense of aliveness is within us. And the key to really unlocking all of that juiciness is to move tenderly, right? So sacred tasks that we can do to unlock and use that move tenderly is to cherish yourself, cherish the innocence of not knowing at this playfulness. And it's the time for experimenting. You could take a risk with no agendas. You can say yes to things. You can feel the light and that spring rejuvenation can be there. But remember, tenderly, softly, without rush, without agenda, it's more playful. So the energy is optimism. You're energized, focused, creative, you're active. You might feel activated, social, playful and driven. That's why pacing is really important at this time as well, because we have all this. But there's still another season coming up, which is going to be our inner summer ovulation. We want to make sure we don't burn out before we get to time of ovulation, which actually is a time for real activation of how we relate with the outside world. Springtime is a great time to open up tasks as well, and to say yes to things, but tenderly. And the way that we see this example in nature, that could help us remember, this is newly hatched chick, right? They come out, like, still got in of the cocoon. You still have gunk on, you still kind of have flying. You're just coming out of that portal. So. And we have remnants of what we were and what we released, as well as this new rebirthing process that we're in, that we're doing this every cycle. Our body is doing so much, and there's so much Changing in all the different layers of self through this emotionally, psychologically, physiologically. So it's really being sensitive to that. It's like exiting a cave and there's like sunshine coming in that spring sunlight, but we have to squint and kind of inch out. Newborn animals, they have the instinct, like, we know that we want to walk, we know what we want to create. Now we just had all our visions. Like, we know what our focus is now, but we want to be tender. We kind of like limp out and like awkwardly, but we're still playful. And there's this childlike wonder that can be involved with it of just seeing how can this new self that we've just connected with in that truth that we're unleashing, how can that connect with the outside world? So our inner lights are dimming a bit and our outer lights are now brightening. And how we connect without side. The weather, like, like you said, it's like, like a rain, right? It's like the first dribble, drizzle of water in a rain shower. It's partly cloudy. Time of day can be 6am dawn. The sun is right, the sun is rising and the moon is the first quarter. So light is starting, starting to become lighter. And what that lightness is bringing for us, beautiful practice, right, is laying in the grass. Every season is great to ground everything and having the sunshine in your face always. And that also supports their circadian rhythm and all different rhythms within our body and our sleep cycles as well. Just really connecting to all of these things and to just remember as we're coming out, to step by step with that wonder. And the curiosity without needing to know is that sacred innocence is like a really special time to like not have to know necessarily, but to have that wonder and curiosity is really supportive and you could clarify your vision. So the thing the messages that might have came through to you, we could see how to start actualizing them. It's a great time for preparing and planning so the things that came up for Inner Winter to open up projects to start different partnerships, collaborations, ideas, creative outlets to start different art projects or expressions, writing. It's a good time to activate on those things that are coming through and to organize and organizing with having the whole cycle in mind. But springtime is a good time because you remember the pacing as well as the activation. So as long as you're really connecting to that key of that inner power of being tender and slow and pacing with yourself, it's a really great time to organize the vision that you also Had. So you have that energy. You also have that grounded in and to play. Great practices. To play. Any questions that are in your spring?
No, I think just for me, just a reflection that I've.
I learned.
I've been learning the hard way that the speed of which you come out the gate matters so much. Like, I. When I come out of my bleed and go all in right away, it's. It, like, really messes with me for the rest of the month.
Yeah.
I'm learning how to be slow and have that slow pace. And it's hard because, like, I'm, like, brimming with ideas and my mind is like, let's go, let's go.
Yeah. Lists are really helpful and organizing so making those plans. So that's like, I'm not doing it all now, but I know that when ovulation comes, I still have this energy. I'm doing it then. And then we'll talk about autumn as well, which is a great time for closing up. So it's creating those deadlines or that structure for yourself. It's all about masculine and feminine balance. So this is a framework which is giving us that masculine holding so that we can move through our fluidity and our feminine ways in a balanced way. So that. Yeah, I've definitely learned the hard way about. And that's burnout. This is a secret. This is like a life hack, a biohack of, like, of counterbalancing burnout. Because I know that I was burning out because that's what I would do. You know, you just go straight, straight into it. I have the energy. I'm going to use it all. But it's learning how to really pace and honor each of the seasons. Because there's more to come. Yeah, this poem really captures it, so it's really beautiful. So when I meditate on the feeling of spring, I see two hands holding mine, gently guiding me back into the light. Takes a while to adjust my eyes to the brightness. But a voice that sounds like mine says, there's time. So beautiful. So beautiful. Right? There's. Yeah, like, there's this time. So I'm gonna open up the next meditation. And I just also wanted to touch base about time because we did start about 10, 15 minutes later, so it's almost the hour. And I just wanted to check in and see how you're both doing with time.
Yeah, I do. I do have another commitment coming up, so I will have to jump off in a couple minutes.
Okay. Okay. And, Lucy, how are you doing?
I've got like half an Hour.
Okay. Okay, that's great. Because then I could continue to not just myself. So it'll be recorded for you, Kelly. So let's do this list. Yeah, let's do the. The spring and then we'll close for you with that. Okay. So just take a deep breath. Get ready to move into our bodies. Remember, this is whatever feels true for you. For spring. Allow whatever to come up. Come up. Childlike wonder. This one's about five minutes.
Stretch.
You can get up, close your eyes. Whatever feels true for you. Just trying to start the fun. You hear it?
Not yet.
No, don't hear it yet.
Is the volume bar down on the.
On Spotify?
Refresh the page real fast. Sorry about this. This is the wonder of spring. No agendas. Very slowly. I think it's a way to make this faster. I share the song with you guys.
Are you sharing your computer audio?
No, it just. It's just stopped. No, no, no. Yeah, it just. It stopped loading. Like the screen. Yeah. So I'm just opening it up on a new. Like it's just taking too long to load. I don't know if it's. Because it's been open, so I don't know if it just went to sleep and now I'm trying to open it again, taking its time.
I will have to jump off.
I know. I'm so sorry.
It's okay. Yeah, it was so beautiful.
Yeah. So what I'll do is I'm going to send you. I'm going to try and get this to load now and then we'll see. We could continue and walk through the spring meditation and then the next two. And I will share the playlist as well. As well as the recording will be up and. And then I also can share links to the poetry book as well. And if. Yeah. And if you have any questions or anything else comes up and any feedback, just message me. We could be in touch.
Yeah. Thank you so much. This was so gorgeous. I love this inquiry and I would love to keep connecting about it as well after this.
Yeah, for sure. Thank you. So thank you. Thanks. Thanks for coming. Bye. Okay, bye. Bye.
Lucy.
Lucy, because this isn't working, I'm wondering if. Do you have Spotify, if I could send you the song?
Yeah, let's try that.
I could just send it to you in the chat and then you could put the song down and I'll just continue the guided meditation because it's not loading on my screen.
Yeah, let's see if I can get it to work on the laptop.
Yeah, it's called Hang to the Soul. It's a really beautiful song. I wish it would play. Oh, let me see. It might have gotten it.
I have almost got it. I might have to do that on my phone.
It. Is that you playing it? Oh, is it working at my computer, yeah. Okay.
Awesome. I think it.
I think it's. No.
There we go.
But it stopped playing. I don't hear it anymore. Do you hear it?
No. I can try and play it from my side. Can you hear it? Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay. Okay, so let's do that. Yeah, yeah, yeah, that'd be great. Just so you could really hear the song and just. I'll just guide a little bit. It's a five minute song. We're going back to the spring we're bringing in the spring with childlike wonder Coated with the mother hug we're feeling into what's true for us what it feels like to step out into the sun again who we are in this.
World.
Renewed the word neshama, Hebrew, means so close in the motherhood Connecting with our soul.
Hallelujah.
This lightness that we're feeling all that we just released.
Coming.
Into a new self La.
Open up.
And pray.
Open up.
Hallelujah.
Hallelujah.
Sa what does it feel like to be renewed with childlike wonder?
To give so good to receive so good to live so good to believe so good to laugh so good to cry so good to forgive so good to lie so good to give so good to receive so good to live so good to believe.
FL.
Sam. We are honoring and tenderly moving through that with so much wonder. We're coming.
Oh.
The next dog.
Let's bring. Yeah. From your side.
Is that you or me? What?
That's flying from yours? Yeah.
Oh, was it coming from the whole time?
Yeah, it kind of switched to yours halfway.
Okay. Oh, well. Welcome back. Welcome back. And somewhere in our spring, just take a deep breath. Coming back into our bodies, into our presence, into where we are now. To the call. With a deep inhale. Five, two, one. And hold. And exhale it all out. Coming back to present. Five, three, two.
One.
Yeah. Is there anything that felt true for you or anything you'd like to share?
It was kind of like feeling like you wake up in the morning and you want to stretch your whole body and move. But in a way, like, being kind of like, curious about what the body feels like. It's like discovering your body parts for the first time. Just kind of like see how you want to move and. Yeah. What wants to happen more than just like forcing it to do something.
I love that what wants to happen is a beautiful way of putting it. Right. It's like not what should or needs to necessarily, but like what's that wanting that your body is hearing and like. Yeah. And that's stretching. That sounds like you really connected with the concept of like renewing and the rebirth, like coming out beautiful. Yeah. Did you have any questions or anything else about in the spring before we move into the next? Susan?
No, I don't think any questions. This was really nice. It feels really good.
It feels good. Yes. And when we're tender with ourselves and really listen, we can have all the energy for our summertime. So again, what, what resonates or what does summer evoke for you? What do you feel when you're in the summertime?
A lot of sunshine, like being open to the world. Lot of just like connecting with like others and the world outside. For me it's always been close to some water being like able to. Yeah. I don't know. Just having that like abundance everywhere.
Yeah, the abundance and water. That's. That's. Yeah, that's one of the photos as well. But yeah, that, that abundance, that sunshine, it's like it. I love that. It's like when we think of the seasons too. We do think it connects us to different elements as well. Sometimes like, sometimes winter will bring us more inside in words. And we think of cozy things and fireplaces and maybe cozy bed. And summer, it's like we're outside and water and sunshine, which actually is also like a great example of how we might feel in our inner summer as well. We're starting to. Our outer lights are bright and shiny and it's about how we relate to the outside world and how do we fit. How do we feel and fit in partnership with the world around us. So it really is about that outside energy. You feel attractive and like a honeypot to a bee, your source of great attraction and interest. So it's a great time that there's. There's a lot of synchronicities. Things might just come to you easily and so on about how the outside is meeting us and we're meeting the outside world. And the key to unlock the power of the season is to allow. To allow and not just. That's not like. Like forget all your boundaries and helping you patterns to allow. So I'll go a little bit more into it right here. And the sacred tasks that connect us and really help anchor us in to this key is to show up and to show your full self. So it's declaring yourself and celebrating yourself, but not the self that you should be, not the self that you think you're meant to be. Not the summer, the summer idea of like who needs to be showing up the world, but declaring your full true self, the self that you met in your, in your inner winter. That self that you, that you've just reborn and that you've started to nourish in your spring. Declare that full self that under the iceberg self of how you really, really feel. So if we're aligned and we're honoring each cycle, that true. Oh, that's who we're allowing. That's that, that's, that's the energy, the essence that we're allowing. It's not just allowing anything to happen and like flop around, but it's about that honoring and declaring that true self. You're taking that foot off the break and you're letting her shine bright. Like you are being her fully driving forwards and you're actualizing your project. You're connecting with the outside world. You could take pleasure and enjoy pleasure. The sensations that you can, that are heightened and, and you can multitask. This is a great time. You can multitask. There's a superwoman feeling that you can do anything she hears like there's desire. You could feel expressive, social, sensual, playful, giving radiant magnetic pleasure and abundance. And it's about allowing all of those parts of yourself to come out and to be there. And we see this in nature through like what you said, there's like an abundance, right? Just like full blossoming trees and fruits everywhere. And we can feel the flowers. And you can see this like that, that lushness in nature and the skies, like the bright blue sky, the time of days the midday sun and the moon would be the full moon, right? It's like the brightest night. And practices that are really helpful for tuning in into and with allowing that could help unlock this key is dance and movement. So you feeling all of this energy and this pleasure and the sensations and it's like moving with that energy. Dancing and moving. It's a great time and expressing yourself. This is a great time to have your interviews or do forward facing with clients or taking care of the kids. Like you can multitask. You could really share yourself right now. So it's a time that when you're in spring and you're organizing your tasks, this is a great time to put together your dates and make sure that this is the time that you're doing all the recordings or whatever it is that you'll be expressing yourself and activating fully always blue sky gazing. Sky gazing is really great. It releases oxytocin just looking at the blue sky. Also the 20 minute sun exposure. It's always a good practice. There's an outward focus so remembering to tune into the outside world and how you are connecting with things around you. Collaborations are great. Socializing, go to the parties visibility you give and share yourself. And a beautiful practice is to make a date but with yourself and with it could be with someone else to share yourself but also to share yourself with yourself. I love this idea that sometimes be like we're so connected to the outside world that this time and all the things that we can doing we can be doing in the task that we forget to share that juicy beautiful like lushness and the abundance with our own selves. So doing something you really love that feels like really sensational and sensual like with yourself any it could be 10 minutes, right? It's like all of these things are like you could continue doing your life the way it always is and work your responsibilities but then giving yourself like five minutes of like a date time and tuning into like this is the awareness of like this is my spring energy. I have so much to share right now and I'm going to share it with myself for five minutes. Yeah. Yeah. Any. Yeah, sorry.
No, that's such a great thought.
I like that.
Yeah. It can be just like you know, five, ten minutes. But yeah, just giving the energy to yourself. That's such so powerful.
Yeah. And yeah because it like all of these things are just like ideas of and just taking one thing that feels true for you in those times. It's not about. Some people can change their whole entire lives around their cycle. But you know, some people really work in frameworks of like extreme consistency with work or responsibilities. So it's just about figuring out ways to take the awareness that you're having of the shift and to honor them in your way. Like in your way. And then through that you could also really feel when you're not tuned in and you can feel when you feel disembodied or you feel like different things are coming up for you and why that would be and you could. And recognizing those patterns.
Yeah. No, that makes sense.
Is there any anything else about summer practices or any questions? So okay, just take a breath in that poem. I am queen. The best kind of greedy worst thoughts can't touch me on the verge of ferocious tempted by the salty waves of pleasure Breaking into regret if I don't reign her in.
That's so delicious.
Yeah. It's like really feeling into ourselves too. Yeah. Right. So let's. I'm hoping this works because this song is fun. Feel free to get up, move around, feel into your whole Queen V vibe. The energy of inner summer. Hope this works. Take a breath. Okay.
Ready?
Okay. Yeah. Summer happy. It started. Okay. About three minutes long. Tune into that. We can do anything Life is great Is it a dream or is it real? Things just seem to be magnetizing and working out. Do anything right now Actualizing life is good.
LA.
All I got is a.
Song that keeps me what I need is a song to keep on.
Declare yourself what does it feel like to be all of you? Share all of you and I like it. All right. Does it feel like to share yourself with yourself and with others?
La.
Okay. Life is good Summertime Anything. We are Superwoman. Just take a breath. Jump five. But you just take a deep breath and ground back in. Welcome back from our inner summer.
That's amazing. Yeah. Anything is possible. You can just go for it. Like, no one can stop you at all. So good.
Yeah. Yeah. It's like, really, you have the vision of who that true self is. You've honored, you've created the organization, you've been pacing yourself and now you're ready to take that. Like, take the wheel, foot off the brake and just declare your full self.
Yeah.
Like, is this a dream? No, it's just honoring our cycles for ourselves. Yeah. Is there anything else that you'd like to share before we go into the next season?
No, I think that's. That's it. It's just very, like. It was just very, like, sensual and very, like, bright and.
Yeah.
Like, you can, Like, Yeah. Like you can share yourself with the whole world. And it's. And it's safe.
Yeah. Yeah. That safety that. Because we get that safety from self intimacy. It's like intimacy is the recognition that there's this safety. We're safe. If we're trusting and we feel aligned and connected and honest, then we could create a space of intimacy where we could then feel open and we can share ourselves and our vulnerabilities. Like, sharing is very vulnerable and there's space for vulnerability when we have that connection to self intimacy and psycho awareness is a great tool to access that you can really trust what's coming up. Then we understand that we have the awareness like, this is. This isn't just like this idea of me, but this is. I'm declaring my true self. Yeah. And then a whole nother part of ourselves comes up in autumn. And then we have autumn, which is a beautiful, beautiful season. So when we forget about the menstrual cycle for a moment. What, what, what, what's evoked? What, what, what do you feel when you feel into autumn? When autumn comes, you just move from summertime and September is coming.
It's very, like, earthy. It kind of feels like. Yeah, like a little bit colder, kind of like a little bit damp, but like there is still so much going on. Like this. Yeah, it's just. I don't know, everything is just ripened and now it's slowly just dying away. But, like it's giving itself back to. Back to the earth.
Giving back to the earth. I love that. Yeah. It's because we are so in. In the menstrual cycle for the inner autumn. We are. We're going back into our earth, into our earth self, into. Back into our bodies. So the outer lights are dimming. It's not as much about what's happening on the outside world now. We're starting to go back in and connect with our inner self again, you know, without knowing why. You know, all of a sudden we start to get, like, these knowings, these messages. This other voice is entering and we just. Like something else is up. There's another voice that's coming in and that there is still things happening around us. Right. So it's like, how do we shift into this space? This is how we shift into the space. We slow down. So the key to unlock the wild power, the power of this inner season, is to slow down. There's so much listening now, and our body is speaking to us very clearly, but only if we learn how to listen and then. And to hear. So there's hearing and then there's listening, which are two different steps. And this season has the worst reputation because it's the pms. It's the premenstrual symptoms that would. Might come up. It's our inner critic. Our shadows are starting to become more clear and that sunshine is starting to dim. And it's a time, the task that we have to really tune in and slow down and to really honor the season is to hold the tension. So the thing that everything is still going on, but we also are starting to move inward. We still feel outward energy and the things that we might still need to do and responsibilities, but we're also feeling like, oh, okay, what. What do I need Right now we're getting insight. The veils are literally starting to thin. And saying no is crucial at this time. Now we're not saying yes to everything. We're also having strong discernment and we're meeting the inner critic. So this inner critic is coming now. And it's a time where we could really form partnership with this other voice that might tell us all these things about ourselves that we could then choose to believe or observe. Observe. So we have time for listening and the bail for sending. We have a no BS filter and that's for other people around us, but also ourselves. It's a great time for completion. So the things that we opened up in springtime, you want to start completing, we're tuning in and we're channeling what's coming up. And we're discerning. This is the saying no. And we're facing ourselves and really, we're really getting real into a whole. So we just declared a huge part of ourselves. We declared ourselves without cyber. And now we're getting real with our inner selves. And it's a relationship with our inner selves and what we need, that human part where it's like we have just connected to our superpowers which are real. And now we're getting that subtle sensitivity and messages. It's the energy's lessons and learning. There's guidance. We are letting go the sensitivity still inward inquiry, insight and discernment. Says nature is an intuitive. Like we can see this in nature within intuitive, natural hunters, right. And harvesting. Right. This is the time you said there's like all the blossoms, everything's around, the ground is still wet. Like this is a time for us to like gather things as well. Everything is. And it's wrecking and like animals gathering hibernate. Like animals hibernating, birds migrating. Like somehow everything is just working out. Like nature just knows how to move with the season. And it's things that we need to be doing for ourselves as well. Whatever way that it manifests and fits into our lives. So. So one thing that I really love thinking about is that when the season starts changing on the outside and it's like raining after, it's just so sunny and it looks like the weather's bad now and it's so cold, it's actually everything's working out as it should be. Right. Like the weather is like meant to shift that way in the autumn. And because we're so used to the sun and the warmth of the summer, we're like, oh, I want it to still be sunny. Or we're so happy when like a hot day shows up when it's actually in the Autumn. But when it's raining and when the season is a bit colder and symptoms come up in this premenstrual time, it's actually working. It's. Our body is working the way it's meant to. Nature is working the way it's meant to. But we put judgment on it as it's bad if we don't know how to hear it properly and listen and honor it. So. And then. So, yeah, the weather could be. If it's cloudy, the time of day, 6pm the sun is dimming, right? The outside lights are going down. Moon is third quarter moon. It's getting darker. We're going inward. Practices. Practices are so important at this time. Making a to do list. I make a luteal to do list, like a autumn to do list. And it's a. Because this is a great time for completing the project. At the spring, we're completing our cycle. We're listening and observing. It's helping us prioritize what needs to be done. Dictation and journaling is really important and a beautiful practice with affirmation. Because our inner critic might come up and we were just superwoman and now we have limitations. Now we're human, right? So our inner critic might start questioning us. And this is the time when a lot of we might have made plans or like, I was just at a party. I felt fantastic, like my skin was glowing. Now what's wrong with me? Why is this happening to me? You just shifted season, that's all. If you're getting other messages in your body, it's also a time when, like if your immune system's weak. This is why we feel it's a physical symptom. It's. This is the fifth vital sign again. It's like we can feel what's happening beneath the surface. It's getting real like that. All the things that have been under the surface are starting to rise now for us to face. That could be physiologically, physically, and it could also be psychologically or emotionally, spiritually. Different things come up for us to really see right now. So an affirmation practice is really wonderful to kind of remember that you can be your own champion and your inner critic can't access your true essence. It can just talk about things that are around it. Right? Complete project nights, like slow down, nurture yourself. Repeat your affirmations. Gathering, harvesting and tidying up and grounding yourself is really important. You're about to go through another death to reflect on what you want to be, releasing what didn't serve you. This cycle what's feeling heavy, what you need to let go of and nourish and replenish before your bleed. So it's also a good time to give yourself those minerals that you'll be losing towards your bleed. Make sure that you have everything taken care of so that you could truly rest when your bleed starts. Any questions about Autumn?
No, but what really came up is I feel like a lot of the judgment that we have, like, of the season and of ourselves is just, like, trying to just be, go, go, go. Just like, forgetting that things have to change. And like, if. If we were to just, like, fully embrace the fact that it is okay to slow down. Like, a lot of that, like, pms, like anxiety and like, feelings of not. I don't know, not being good enough and all of that would just kind of go away.
Yeah, a lot. So much of it is the judgment of, this is right, this is wrong. I shouldn't feel this way and should be something else. And a lot of that is when we don't have awareness of. Of what's happening. Because then if we. With awareness, we have partnership. And it's partnership that we have with our bodies. It's what allows us to understand and honor and recognize and have reverence for the wisdom of our bodies and these ebbs and flows that we're experiencing and that it's nothing wrong. They're messages. It's all about that neutral observer and stepping out, like the bird's eye view and being like, I notice this is happening in my body now. I notice I'm feeling this. I'm noticing this thought is coming. And what are. What is that? What is the message beyond that going right back to that iceberg? How do you really feel what is actually really coming up and just reminding yourselves over and over again at this end, over and over again is what shows us the pattern. And that's why tracking our menstrual cycle, every, every cycle and every day, that helps us access the pattern so we really have that awareness. And that's the partnership we have with our body. And that when that teaches us how to hear it. And then once we recognize the patterns, we can start listening.
Yeah.
Hey. Hey. Womb soon to be emptied. So while the bowl in my hips is full, I use the power of my stillness to listen for magic stored from the months before. She knows what's pure gold and what just needs to go. What's beautiful that's mentioned in this poem is also the recognition of the month before when we're doing this reflection. Is anything that Comes up in this premenstrual time in autumn is so powerful because it can show us where we're not aligning in our own self. So we're really facing ourselves. We feel pain in our bodies. If we feel discomfort or feel agitated, we're having those symptoms. It's a really great message. To look at the season before. Did we not allow ourselves to do what felt true to us? Do we feel pressured to act differently before that? Did we not pace ourselves in spring? Did we rush out and overdo it? You know, it's kind of. Did I not rest in my wintertime? Did I not get my focus? Was I scattered and fragmented? These are the messages that autumn will give us. And then we can be discerning and we'll know what needs to go. See? We ready for the meditation?
Yeah.
Okay. Yes. We can move feel into the inner autumn. We've just come out of spring. Summer we've been superwoman. We're able to share ourselves fully and truly. And now we're remembering that we're human to prioritize, go back into our body.
Maybe I'm foolish maybe I'm blind Thinking I can see through this and see what's behind Got no way to prove it so maybe I'm lying But I'm only human after all I'm only human after all don't put your bl. Take a look in the mirror what do you see? Do you see it clearer? Or are you deceive yourself and watch.
You believe yourself who you are all.
The time after all and you're only human after all don't put the blame on me don't put your blame on me Some people got the real problems Some people l the love but some people think I can solve them Lord, heaven's above I'm only human after all I'm only human after all the don't put the blame on me don't put.
The blame on me Find the beauty in being human don't ask my limitations.
Are your power and beg for forgiveness for making you cry real for making.
You cry.
I'm only human after all I'm only human after all don't put your blame on me don't put the blame on me oh, some people got the real problem Some people out of love Some people think I can so long no heaven's above I'm only human after all I'm only human after all oh, don't put the blame on me don't put the blame on me I'm only human I made mistakes I'm only human it's all it takes to put the pain on me don't put the blame on me not no profit or messiah you should go looking somewhere high I'm only human after all I'm only.
Human after all Prioritize, they know don't.
Put the blame on me.
I'm just.
A man, I do what I can don't put the blame on me don't put your blame on me.
We're human. You see all our side as we enter back into the call and exit out of our inner autumn. Just take a deep breath to your nose and fill your stomach to 7, 5, 2, 1. Hold for 3, 2, 1. And let it all out. 5, 2, 1. And welcome back. How did inner honor feel? What felt true for you? Anything you'd like to share?
I really liked it. It's. I found, like, it is like slowly withdrawing in, but still. But still kind of like being present in the world and just showing up in the imperfect way. Like allowing all the, like, flaws to be there and just embrace them.
Yeah. Yeah. It's that slowing down and in the. Going in when I do this workshop longer because in person, I do the whole music journey altogether. And then there's another autumn song that's all drum. Like, we are going back primal into that. You know, it's like. Yeah, we're like cutting. It's like you take that sword from behind us and we're just chopping down and going inward and. And. And it's the same way that we're cutting things out from our outside, we're also doing that from our inside world. Like, what's not worth our energy or what are we thinking about on repeat? Or what are these shadows that are coming up now? Because we're recognizing that we have limitations, which makes us human. But those could also be used by our inner critic, that we aren't good enough, or different wounds might come up in that space as well. So it's having the tools and the recognition of, like, how to arm ourselves when this inner critic comes up. And that's affirmations or working with a professional, whatever way. Because there are some really strong things that come up during this time. The veils are really thinning. And if we're not honoring these cycles, it could be also incredibly physically uncomfortable. I know I experienced, like, debilitating pain. And a lot of it was because I never. I wouldn't pace in the other season. And it really shifted so much for me. Yeah. Is there anything else with autumn?
Yeah, you said it does very primal. I like the idea of like, of the drum song as well. That's really cool.
Yeah, yeah. It's like really going back into our human body and into ourselves and into. What comes up with being a human, I think is in that heartbeat. And that heartbeat is the same resonance. It's like the earth right as what's around us as well, nature. So, so I'm really aware of time right now, so I, I, and I'm so sorry about how much later and longer it's taken. I definitely will check myself with that. This is the first time I'm online, so I could, I'm going to. Can't wait to make this a bit shorter or just make sure that I have two hours for it. But next, I would, I would ideally would love to bring you into the full cycle, so to bring you back into inner winter with just another sound journey, just another song to just kind of bring you back. You can feel that full cycle and it's just, it's just, you know, another guided embodiment of that. If you wanted that could, you know, I, I, you could do that. Or I can. We can just close now and I could just say a few closing remarks. It's up to you.
Yeah, I'd love to, but I'll probably have to get going.
Exactly. Yeah. So, yeah, so the. I, I could, I could share the song with you as well. And just another just really grounding going back into that mother hug and just kind of feeling that energetically right now. Like the whole conversation that we just had in all the meditations of like now, we've just, you know, we've been discerning. We're saying no. We're facing the inner critic. We're feeling back into our humanness and we're really recognizing what doesn't work, what's not. We're not prioritizing. We're closing up tasks to then now be able to rest again and to welcome in what's going to come up in our inner winter and what that mother hug feels like and, and remembering that space of rest and surrender and then just one big breath honoring the whole cycle, all the seasons around us and within us. And. Yeah, and yeah, that's it really. Just to see if there's anything else you wanted to share. There's any season that you resonate with the most that felt most true for you. If you had any other questions.
That was amazing. Thank you so much. I really loved it. I kind of like the key takeaway really is like, not to favor any of the seasons. Right? Like, just. There's so, so much in, like, in each of the seasons to explore and to work with.
Yeah. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. And the thing is, we connect at different times in our lives, and as things move around, we connect to different seasons in different ways and different things come up for us. And, yeah, I'm just tracking it, Tracking those patterns in any way that we can and those little. The little practices that we can do. But thank you so much for your time and your attention and your presence and tuning in so early, and I'll be sure to send you the playlist and you can do that other winter time. Just feel into the songs and whenever you're in your cycle. Yeah. Have a really great rest of your day. And thank you so much.
Thank you so much. Yeah, it was amazing. Thank you.
Yeah. Be encouraged. If anything else comes up, you could chat in the. In the. An app. Yeah. Let's see how to stop the recording.
